Then when I got to their office on the time that I was scheduled to be seen at 11:45 am. last Friday (07/24/2026) I was greeted by Aly the receptionist and she was really nice and accommodating. Then me and my wife waited for another 30 mins. and while waiting in the lobby I noticed the doctor if I'm not mistaken it was Dr. Patel who walking pass the lobby for so many times and glanced at us without even nodding or smiling (i'd say not even a friendly look), then I received text messages that my appointment time move for another 15 mins. then another 15 mins. again until Aly offered us (me and my wife) the massage chairs while waiting for the Doctor to call us. And passed 12:45 pm. I was finally called by Dr. Patel and was asked what really is going on with me, it seems that he assumed that I been jumping from one chiropractor to another and he even mentioned the New Hope Chiropractic in San Jose is a good Chiropractor and he thought that I've been there which he insisted that New Hope does good job. He should have read my form again and see if I mentioned the New Hope Chiropractor in the form that I submitted. I regret seeing him (Dr. Patel) for he is not friendly and very assuming on what you have been suffering, but thanks for his time and not charging me for I was expecting to get a second opinion but instead I got scolded by him. But anyway, I was impressed with the receiving people because they were really nice most especially Aly. She checked my blood pressure, assessed my situation and used electro therapy to relax my muscles before she began her chiropractic work. She found the pain on the right side of my neck where my muscles were tight. She said my C1 atlas at my right side was not lining up with my left side. She adjusted it where I heard two cracks on my neck. Afterward, I felt relieved. My neck moves easily now instead of tightly. She advised to use heat to loosen up the muscles. If you're in need of an adjustment, she is the person that will take care of you, and I learned that she takes Kaiser insurance. That I didn't know and I was happy she did.

When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.

Hwang Family Chiropractic is the best chiropractic facility that I've ever been to, and Dr. Hwang is the best chiropractic doctor that has ever treated me - bar none! Dr. Hwang has heavily invested in his practice in terms of the latest equipment and tools to help his patients recover. I was beyond impressed to see that he has many rooms in the facility and each room has specialized equipment to diagnose and treat his patients for a myriad of ailments.
