When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. I tried acupuncture, chiropractic, massage and pain medications but my condition did not improve. Thankfully, I tried The Joint and Dr. Pedram happened to be working on that day. He listened how I was injured and took note of previous injuries to my neck and back. And because of my mid-60's age and mileage, it was important to avoid being too heavy on the adjustments as I can suffer more pain as a result. (And that happened twice before) Dr. Pedram understood the severity of my condition and worked out the knots prior to making an adjustment. He had the perfect touch and was not too forceful. And for once, I left feeling better than when I had arrived. Keep in mind I had seen six other chiropractors at other chiropractic clinics previously, only to leave feeling worse.
