amazing! i've gone to so many the joint locations and none of them were as good as this one. i forgot the name of the chiro but he had glasses and curly hair, even though we came ~10 minutes until close they still fit my mother and i in no problem. the quality of the care was amazing and we didn't feel rushed at all. so far he's been the only one to actually ease the pain in my neck, typically i feel like the neck adjustments always make me feel off. and he was the only one so far to properly adjust my legs and hips! i think this is the first review i've ever written, it really was just a great experience thank you so much read more

07/2024: Dr Lynn is very good chiropractor. He used listen and understand exactly where the problem is and solves the problem quickly most times. I see great results with his treatment. I recommend you to check with him once in case you have any pain related issue. Over the last cupple weeks I have tried to drop in for adjustments and I was unsuccessful. Twice I have come by and they were seeing new patients, which takes extra time. One of the top two locations in the area when it comes to Joint Chiropractic. Dr Santos is caring understanding and awesome. This location has gone through several different doctors, which is awful. I'm hoping that this location continues with growth and development and not another rotation of random doctors but really invest in the people they serve and the community that goes through their doors. They have a few Chiropractors that rotate through the Clinic. Dr.McCune is there Sun/Mon. He is great at walking you through and educating you about why you may have pain and how your spine relates to the pain. Easily understood. Dr. Lynn (not sure if I spelled his name correctly), his care was great! Very calming, professional, and knowledgeable He would ask how you were doing, where you may have trouble areas in your body, check where you may have tenderness and will adjust accordingly. I our first impression of The Joint on McCarthy Ranch was not great. They had a very unfriendly front desk person who has since been visibly better at the front. All the doctors are great, and they kind of rotate around from different locations. They do get busy at certain times of the day, and there's not much space for people to wait. They do try to keep this better regulated by having new patient consultants cut off at 2PM. The convenience of having multiple locations is really the biggest perk, as you can go to any of The Joint locations even if you are out of town. They also offer one-time sessions or plans depending on what you are looking for. read more

On my first visit I wasn't able to stand upright. One leg straight- the other bent at the knee as though one were longer than the other, I had developed a severe limp when i walked. Every move I made caused me pain somewhere. I have abused my body for so long with heavy lifting, repetitive motion and now that I had reached the mike marker of 60 yrs I thought that this was going to be my new "normal". Just another part of aging. Thankfully, The Joint opened a location in the McCarthy Ranch shopping center. I felt immediate relief moment s after my first visit and each time it continues to improve on the quality of life that I live. Between the Doctors here, increasing the amount of plain water I drink daily, Orthonic shoe inserts which I purchased online in order to correct my step and solve the cause of what was crippling me in the first place,, I am standing nearly straight, my limp has improved tremendously and I am able to roll over in bed, climb in and out of my truck without wincing in pain like I did everytime prior to my first visit here. The entire business model of Joint chiropractic is a heaven send. In previous years you had take your chances and pay expensive visits and might not even like the chiropractor. I've seen many Drs in the Bay Area, none as efficient and technically sound as Dr McCune. I've tried other locations but I don't know... techniques didn't feel as strong, but that's my opinion. I'm one of those people where is my "person" is no longer there I won't come back, this is one of those instances. It's weird to see other reviews where people think adjustments are some magic panacea, if you have poor posture and knotted up muscles that is something you need to resolve some how. If you have bad mobility, sciatica, pinched nerves, anything like that, chiropractors can change your life. Dr McCune is really one of the best in the Bay Area, if you had a negative experience, I think you might have confused someone else for him. I find it very hard to believe. read more

I visited this place few times , I really appreciate for taking me for treatments during lockdown , the doctor was a nice guy, but the problem was treatment time the first time he took lot of time to explain about spine and the exercise but not much inspections on my problem, my 2nd, 3rd, 4th visits are worst just adjusting my middle back spine and neck adjustment within 2 minutes time, and not even examine what's wrong with my body, he should listen to patient and examine more on their problem. read more

I've been seeing chiropractors for over 20 years. Love it, especially now that I am older and suffering from some lower back issues. My long-time chiropractor recently retired, and the person who replaced him did not accept my insurance and was extremely expensive. When you feel like you have to make a choice between being in extreme pain or going broke from paying a chiropractor, somethings got to give. A friend told me about Thr Joint, so we went together and I saw Dr. McCune. He's just wonderful! Pleasant, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Best of all, I can go much more frequently to help alleviate the pain, while paying far less money then my old chiropractor. Just left The Joint where I got a regular (much needed) adjustment after rock climbing. Not only was the front desk super helpful at checking me in without my key card (just gave them my phone number) but answered some longtime questions I had about my membership. Didn't catch his name but thank you! None the less Dr. Jonathan McCune is just incredible at what he does. I've been going to a chiropractor for over a decade and out of all of them, Dr. McCune is one of the best!!! I can't believe how great I feel and how thorough he was with my adjustment. I felt every stiff part of me fall right into place. Usually when I get adjusted I can feel there's usually 5-10% left unadjusted but I'm serious when I say I felt 100% relief after our session.
