I began seeing Dr. Tuong Mai several months ago because I was experiencing chronic pain in my neck, shoulders and back. Dr. Mai is very kind, gentle and knowledgeable, all very important qualities in a chiropractor. Since seeing Dr. Mai, my neck, shoulder and back pain have almost completely gone away. When I do have minor flare ups, he is very quick to offer his assistance. Now that I am no longer in chronic pain, not only am I able to be more active but I am able to endure running around and playing with my very active toddler, something that was very challenging before Dr. Mai. I've been living with Ankylosing Spondylitis for 23 years, and have been struggling with some baseline symptoms that have always persisted. I've always had stiffness in my back upon awakening, but after seeing him and following some basic advice, I've had a remarkable reduction in my back stiffness in the morning.
