I was told the manager/supervisor would give me a call because they can't give her number out. She again said there's nothing we can do anyways. I have not heard from anyone. Again, I was not told they expired and lost 30% of my purchase. This is not okay.

I worked with Kelslee (I hope I spelled her name correctly) who is the Store Manager and she is a fountain of great information and "how to's" on the best steps to use the spray tan booth once in the private room. I loved the color she customized for me based on my cool undertones and veins and it looked very natural. My Mom didn't even know I got a tan and commented that my legs are finally looking tan a few days later so I finally told her! I was deathly afraid of getting the "orange Oom-pa-loom-pa glow" I've experienced before. I'd like to try their tanning booths too before I make a decision on which plan to choose from but I would highly recommend this location and the personal customer service here but especially working with Kelslee who was a delight.
