I had appointment at 9 o'clock and I got there at 8:30 no one was there the door is locked about…read more845 a man shows up and goes inside and lock the door behind him and then I get out of my truck and go to the door he asked if I was Keith the 9:00 appointment and I told him yes and that I needed to use the restroom I use the restroom and the guy said that lady giving my massage had a flat and ask me to wait outside and he was going to go see if he could help her. He comes back at 9:15 and says that had to cancel appointment. He didn't apologize, just said Have to cancel. Didn't ask to reschedule no call next day or anytime. Well I got there 8:30 and someone could have let me know earlier and " im sorry" , would have been nice and reschedule. I still have not heard back. I find that this very sad when a person is in pain and they are supposed to want to help people.
