I decided to come into the nail salon because they had great reviews... I'm honestly not sure why. I came to get a pedicure with my mother an we are both leaving dissatisfied. She had to wait for someone to take care of her for quite sometime. I understand the space is small, an it doesn't take a lot of employees to fill the shop. I'm 6 feet tall and if I were to lay on the floor it would take two of me to touch the other side of the salon. The pictures definitely make the place look a lot bigger. Not a deal breaker, I can deal. I'm writing my review while still getting a "pedicure". I'm using the term loosely because, well it's crappy. We got the Milk and Honey Pedicure. Nothing special. Just added crap to increase the price.. I should've known better. Little too late now. This pedicure included a paraffin wax, the paraffin wax consisted of only my toes being dipped and left in the wax for maybe 30 seconds an then taken off. It was still just as warm as when my little toes were dipped. How could that even do anything? My scrub massage was not even a minute, nor was the lotion massage. Seriously? That's supposed to be the best part! The longest part of my pedicure was waiting for my technician to come back from grabbing products. At one point I wondered if she was ever coming back. Normally I can deal with that too, but when you add how bad my pedicure was it was ridiculous. My one star is going towards the massage chair, best part of my experience. Could I leave the chair the tip? Seriously, the chair is freaking great. Overall I'm leaving with never intending on coming back- EVER. I'll fully plan on sticking to my normal nail salon where I can also get free iced coffee. read more

I've been here twice and had very pleasant experiences both times. They are friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have an appointment either time, but was taken in after being there only a few minutes. I haven't had a pedicure there yet, but look forward to having one. I've watched them being done while getting my nails done and they look awesome!!! Would recommend this place!! read more

i have been here before , as previously posted . for a while i was a regular . i just left out of there 3 minutes ago & idk WHO this new lady is they have in here but beware of her . she cut my cuticles up , was literally telling me "hurry up" to go wash my hands & to switch hands .. was RUDE , & told me she couldn't do pink & white bc it's " too hard " at the end of the set she was kinda of watching me from across the salon as i paid for my nails , then walked across & was like " no tip ??" like firstly , you dont say something about not getting a tip if i was gonna give one you would've gotten it ! & i told her hell nah no tip tf ! you cut me the f*ck up ! view the photos ! i originally wanted TRACY to do my nails !! but i guess you have to call ahead now ! i will not be returning after this experience . so disappointed bc this was my spot for A WHILE . tracy does great but this other woman was rude & horrible read more

Very friendly, clean and fast! Prices are affordable, and you have many options for type of manicure/pedicure you want.

Staff are pleasant, and they care about their customers, but my shellac french manicure was rushed and I had to ask them to fix it. They were happy to fix it but it took nearly two hours. She cut my skin twice and only applied one layer of the white shellac tips and after it cured you could see right through to the pink layer. Two of my French tips also had no curvature at all and looked odd. The next tech did offer to fix it until I was satisfied and he did a much better job. read more

It was my first time here, the salon is nice, small and clean. The nail tech who did my pedicure was great. She took her time and did a wonderful job. It would be a great experience until the customers started coming in and the manager/owner rushed the girl who was working on my pedicure to finish and move on the new customer in Vietnamese. I would not mind if she pulled the tech aside and talked to her but rushing in front of the customer, it is very rude to me due to the fact she knew I am Vietnamese. Another thing I noticed that the manager/owner didnt even have a smile since I walked in and the time I left the salon. Well, with the way manager/owner handle customer service like this, I'd rather take my business somewhere else. read more

Came here on a Sunday for some much needed rest and relaxation. I really enjoyed the massage chair as I waited for my pedi. It was very busy to be a Sunday. Despite an unruly client, I was happy with Tina's attentiveness and precision wth my nails. She was very professional. She was also very helpful in offering advice on what was best for my nails. Standard but the lady at the front desk was not very nice. Was told one price over the phone and charged a different price in person. When I mentioned it she was rude and said, "I never said that." I didn't argue because there was no point. There are a lot of choices in the area so I'm not sure I'll be going back. read more

I usually do not leave reviews but felt compelled to leave this one. I needed to find a new nail tech so I drove over 30 minutes to this place because the reviews were so great. It was my first time and needless to say I was highly disappointed. While the shape looked kinda ok, the ombré blend did not. I am heading to Sally's to buy a file and to refuel my nails and get some polish to cover this up! I may try again because of the reviews. but the ombré was an epic fail. read more

I had been following Tracy for a while due to different locations I made an appointment for me and my two nieces and was super excited to bring them because she does such an awesome job on nails l. I prebooked 2 weeks in advance, sadly to say her scheduling was horrible she had us there for almost 7 hours! To make matters even worse she made a couple different racial comments to my nieces about that ethnicity and asking if they have the same parents. One of the girl is darker than the other but both African Americans. I also requested black lives matters initials put on my nails and she decided to say something in her language and then say black lives matter and laugh! I just felt very disrespected I've always tipped her well and try to be as friendly as possible. The last two visits were really sad and I love the way she does nails and how long they last but as far as professionalism I have to go my separate ways. I shouldn't feel disrespected, I've been a loyal customer. My nieces felt super uncomfortable when they left because she had the nerve to ask about the race and if the had the same parents that's not a professional question to ask children. We had appointments booked out from 9 to 12 on a Saturday she took a walk in before us and we were almost 7 hours. Not once did she offer a discount of any sort or apology. I was also helping check people in and having them sign waivers and telling them to put on mask. I wish her the best. I just can't continue a business relationship with Tracy. Being money hungry isn't everything. The killer part it was that she was so unapologetic that's what floored me. read more

Ive been going to Endless for a year. Since then, I've been going to Hannah. She is amazing at what she does, and I refused to goto anyone else there. However, the customer service and unorganization from that salon is terrible. If it weren't for Hannah's talent, I would've stopped going there a long time ago. My sister and I made 2 back-to-back appointments at 12 and 1 with Hannah and Alisa. We went together and were running 5 minutes late, I called the salon to let them know and was told by Tracy to call "later", bc they were really busy. I asked how much later. She told me THREE O CLOCK. I had an appointment at 12 and she told me to come at 3!!!?!?! I asked her, "does everyone in the shop have an appointment right now?" She told me "no, theyre walk ins" so I asked "okay so shouldn't people who have an appointment go first since we made appointment...?" She didnt answer. So I politely told her thank you, and we will go somewhere else. It's a shame that they're so unorganized bc they have so much potential. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere. read more

Just needed a quick removal of my powder nails, which they tried to charge $10 for. Nail tech and manager made me feel unwelcome and acted as though I was burdening them. The nail tech was very snappy & short with me from the start and I ended up leaving 15 minutes in when she cut into my cuticles. I pointed out the cuts she made into my cuticles and she did not say a word. The most unprofessional experience I've had at a nail salon, as well as the worst service. I went to Beauty Nail Bar right down the street to finish the removal where I had amazing service (Not to mention they didn't charge me for a single thing, where Endless Nails charged me $5 for my cut-up half done removal). I was seated pretty quickly for my pedicure, but waited at least 15 minutes for a technician to be available. I had plans later in the day and left myself plenty of time to get a pedicure. It took almost an hour and a half for just a regular pedicure. My only complaint was the time, since the tech and the pedicure were both great. read more

To start off this place is amazing. Everyone is so nice and patient. I've only been here two times but when I came the second time, I asked for ombré nails and the lady did it a solid color. I mean the color is pretty but I honestly think she didn't know how to do it. I asked her from the beginning but she said yes. My nails are just a pastel pink not even ombré. I was confused. I bought Groupon shellac nail first time I tried this salon I asked for Deign marble nail but the guy told me that's powder nail they don't know how to do it how come ? I checked YouTube come back home. its just use tiny brush droning lines that's all!Anyway I was just absurd so I just chose some of colors do regular nail simple and easy one I don't know his name but when he clean my cuticle and clean nail totally not satisfied he roughly did and put it color too thanks I just bought Groupon let tried this salon I won't go again use pull price for nail or pedicure come back home shows my husband he said that's all?
