I came in with one idea, and he walked me through the artistry and beauty of how a tattoo can be interpreted and brought to life in an even better way than I had imagined. In the end, I trusted his judgment completely, and I do not regret it for a second. He guided me through every stage of the process and was incredibly thorough when it came to aftercare, making sure I understood how to take care of my tattoo during the days, weeks, and months between sessions. To this day, all I get are compliments on my sleeve. People are always asking where I got it done, and I never hesitate to tell them it was Frankie at Three Roses Studio. Professionally, he is outstanding, focused, and incredibly talented. Personally, he is even better. Over the course of about a year, mostly because of my own scheduling issues, we got to know each other well, and I can honestly say he is one of the most down-to-earth and genuine people you could hope to meet. I contacted Frank weeks ago, to ask him about scheduling a time we could visit from MA to get our first tats. He was so great, he actually opened the studio specifically to accommodate our schedule when we would be visiting from out of state. He was great. We shared designs over emails and spoke over the phone. He was frank and advised us and we ended up getting 3 done today. I got one on my outer wrist, and my son got his matching one on his inside arm and then an arm band. The band is one based on something we saw and liked. Frank modified the piece and made a piece of art that is now a custom piece that no one else will have. My son is so happy. When we came in we sat and talked and got to know each other. He made sure we were not nervous, wanted us to know his home was our home, answered all questions, and made us feel so comfortable. He is not only professional with years of experience and an incredible talent, he also has a great eye. He understands the technical aspect behind his art, and the psychological aspect of tattoo. We really were interested also in the spiritual side of tattoo and learned so much about this. Really interesting. Frank has so much information to share, you only have to ask. We now know, that we will never get ink anywhere else. We can highly recommend Frank and Three Roses. The back room, with the TV, art books and his hand drawn art was just so great. I have been a client for yearssss and I have had the pleasure of being tattooed by many artists there. You are never "Pawned" on a lesser artist. Everyone that works there is Stellar. Jim and Tracey want nothing but the best for their clients. I appreciate that they are willing to let their other artists take on clientele if they can't be fit into their own schedules. They would never force anyone to get a tattoo with someone else, only offer the choice. No matter who you go to there, you will come out with an amazing piece of art. In fact, I'm going again on Wednesday. I will only go to Lucky Soul and I told my kids they can get tattoos but they have to be done there.

This place has such "good" artists (in that they CLAIM they're such good artists) that they think they can treat the customer like cr*p and that we will keep coming back for more. Disgusting. It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized.
