It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared.
