I called to see if he could change the piercing, he didn't return my call, I went to "Stay True Piercing" in Newington and they were astonished by what the piercer at Transcend did to me. It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared. Due to her (well deserved) popularity the appointment was a ways out but it was well worth it. She works so fast and efficiently and is a delight to chat with. I now have two tattoos by her with a ton more planned and scheduled. The shop itself is lovely and clean. The front desk staff is lovely, and the bathrooms are well stocked with hairties and menstrual products. All the carts have snacks ready to go for the light headed.
