However, I can say that this, if you're into horror film artifacts, this place is super rad. I happened upon the place and they gladly let me walk around and check it all out. This is my 3rd tattoo and by far the most incredible place I've ever been to. Seriously, my other tattoos look like a joke next to the beautiful work Seb did on my arm. The staff is friendly, professional, and obviously incredibly talented. My artist was working off a simple, underwhelming picture of a bee from Google I brought him and created something that is so detailed and beautiful that it takes my breath away and exceeded my wildest dreams! So just got my first tattoo today and I'm in love, so is my mom who was my main critic as this was inspired to represent me and her. My artist was Seb and he was just awesome, grasped exactly what I was trying to portray with all the scattered details I gave him. Definitely plan to go back in the future for more. As far as the whole shop goes everything is clean, organized, and pretty fucking terrifying in the best way possible because the decorations are ridiculous gotta see it for yourself. From the moment I first met Mike (owner), it was as if we had known each other for life. He was obviously excited about my project, and his skill and demeanor put my heart at ease. Been planning on my second tattoo since my first visit a little over a year ago. Very causal and comfortable setting which definitely decreases the worry for those getting a tattoo for the first time. I am overdue in sending this review. About 3 months ago Cait at Grind House redid two old tats for me. WOW! They turned out awesome, better than when they were first done. I have a dragon on one shoulder and a tiger on the other. Cait added extra color and detail that made them really stand out. I get compliments all the time. Grindhouse is a great tatoo parlor. It is super clean, super professional and everyone is super friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. I got a tattoo here a year ago and it still looks great today! I came in about September during a low point for me, and I'd been meaning to get a tattoo of a lotus for a while (it symbolizes strength in adversity). Mike talked me through the process and was super friendly--he even got me in a bit earlier than usual because of my situation. When I arrived for the tattoo, I asked Cait for a few adjustments in the design and it only took her 15 minutes to get to one that I loved! Mike even brought carnitas from his house since my appointment was at dinner time. I would definitely come here again. Could not recommend this shop enough! Please be patient with getting an appointment as they are still catching up from being closed due to covid, but I will say that the wait was so worth it! This was my first tattoo, Steve did an amazing tribute piece for me and was very calming and let me know what was going to happen each step of the way, as well as how to care for my tattoo afterwards. Pricing was also very reasonable and the work was exceptional. Incredibly clean shop as well. If you also happen to be a fan of horror movies as I am, this is a great place with a ton of amazing memorabilia and the artists love to talk about favorite movies they've seen as well. You can even watch one as you get tattooed. Would highly recommend if you're in need of new ink. read more

I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. It was late on a weekday, and the owner Mike took me in after his already booked session. He stayed to tattoo a piece to commemorate my dog who had just passed two days prior. I had come in with an idea for his name and an infinity symbol, and Mike freehand sketched a dog collar with a lot of symbolic meaning to it. I am so blown away by not only his kindness, but the quality of his work. It is now my favorite piece out of the over 20 tattoos I have from a lot of different shops over the years. I will only get work done here from now on. Mike, thank you for your kindness and your art. I cannot recommend this place enough, and I am so grateful to have this beautiful piece on me that honors my sweet boy. read more

My boyfriend got his first tattoo done here by a talented girl named Cait, and it came out amazing. Shop is well-themed and interesting, and the employees are extremely friendly. However, when we arrived, a lady and one of the other artists asked me about a tattoo that I had gotten recently, and straight up ripped it off and changed it so that she could get almost the same thing. Obviously nothing is wrong with someone having the same ideas, but it was no coincidence. Appalled that the artist would flat out rip off my original tattoo and do it for someone else literally right in front of me. Other than that, no issues with the tattoo my boyfriend got done. read more
