It smelled nice and everything was clean. The art was tasteful. They sterilized everything and showed us the chemical strip that showed that everything was sterilized. Nicholas was warm and kind and answered all my questions. I was shocked at how painless my septum piercing went; I wanted to add on a service but got scared. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained everything without prompting, from what type of metal is used for the piercing to what products to use for aftercare. He used the needle for the earlobe piercing, which is known to be better than a piercing gun for healing. I haven't had any problems with healing so far. Everything was clean and efficient. We had a pleasant conversation until Angel was ready to take me back. When Angel escorted me back to the private tattoo room, the positive notes from the reception area continued. Everything was very clean and Angel explained each step of the process, even telling me exactly where he was going to rest his arm while he worked. I watched him set out his equipment and, again, he kept things clean and remained kind. The tattoo itself is absolutely gorgeous. It's a small lotus flower tucked behind my ear. I was completely blown away by the level of detail he was able to achieve with such a small design. The shading is exquisite and he added his own touch to the design that I had provided. It's perfect! So, if you're looking for a location to get a tattoo, big or small, Guardian Art Gallery is the place to go and Angel is the best man for the job.
