First...the owner Vin is a great guy! My first tat and he is thorough in explaining the process from beginning to the end. The mood of the shop is relaxing and also disarming, allowing you to completely enjoy the experience. I was very surprised how non painful it was. The artistry in my honest opinion, is second to none on this earth! read more

I've been wanting to get a labret piercing for almost a year and I finally decided to do it. I'm beyond glad I went here! Wilfredo was extremely professional, kind, and patient. Obviously the piercing hurt (what piercing doesn't?!) but he made the process as painless and comfortable as possible. Would def come back for any piercing I want in the future! read more

Paradise Tattoo - Septum done elsewhere - Tattoo Near Me - Milford, Connecticut

Wilfredo is the best! I found Paradise tattoo on the Internet and when I called the owner had me speak to Will so I could ask my questions about having my Daith Pierced. he was so professional and patient that I went right over with my daughter. The shop is very clean and the decor is fascinating. My daughter didn't want to leave. Wilfredo was extremely professional and put me right at ease. Everything was extremely clean and sterile and he knew I was very nervous and he put me at ease and made my daughter and I laugh and he had the patience to answer all my questions it was a quick pinch, and then totally painless Will spent as much time as I needed explaining the aftercare and answering all my questions because I always have too many and we had a great experience talking to him. My daughter is in love with his collection of boards which inspired her for some decor in her game room. Please don't consider the Mall piercers . Will is extremely professional, and the prices include jewelry and are very fair. Wilfredo - thank you for such a positive experience and I look forward to seeing you again soon for my next piercing and I promise to follow your suggestions!!! read more

See all

these guys are so polite and professional. i got my septum pierced here, and it turned out great!! i'll be back!!!!

Great work, great shop! A must see if you are in the market for a tattoo or piercing!

I got a great tattoo from them about two years ago - had to be a bit pushy to get an appointment that wasn't two months down the road, but that's ok. What isn't ok? I stopped in to see Vinn about a new tattoo, we talked about it and he said he'd send artwork for me to see via email within a week. 2 weeks - nothing. 3 weeks - nothing. I emailed him again, just making sure he didn't forget about me. No response. Waited a week or two and stopped by the shop - he wasn't there. I left my name, phone AND email. No response. While it wasn't a large piece, it was still going to be $400-$500. I wanted to stay local, but Vinn's lost my business. Customer service counts for something. read more

Got two tattoos done by Vinn. The last piece I got is the picture down below on the left side and it was just horrible. Don't like to say this about someone that I think is a great person but it's the truth. Maybe for someone looking for small tattoos and are on a price budget, but honestly if you're going to get a tattoo, do your research and find yourself a real artist. You're paying for quality and something that's permanent. read more

I took my best friend here for her first tattoo! The three of us got matching tattoos, and Bill was so kind and funny. He eased all her anxieties and even got a few laughs out of her. It wasn't my first time here and definitely won't be my last. I hope my little bestie will come back for more!! read more

very friendly and patient staff, did a very good job on both of my tattoos (a small line-art of a flower and two small line-art butterflies)

Got the new Tat ,very happy. Already planning more. Doug did the work , very skilled. Along with Tim they are the utmost professional . Unlike a lot of tattoo places there was no douche-bag factor at all. All glory to the Mill ! read more

This is the worst place ever. They have terrible customer service. They treat you like they don't give a shit about you and make you wait forever for your appointment that you made months ago. I wish that I never even stepped foot into this horrible business. Not even the owner cares about how his employees treat a customer. This place is just unbelievable! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy! Be cautious before trusting anyone in that place! read more

I was in for a wedding this last weekend and stayed saturday night in Milford, I was looking online to find a tattoo shop for a few of us to get small tattoos for our trip. None of us had been anywhere in New England and it was a big adventure. This shop popped up on yelp and I called went in and talked to Paul about our tattoos. The shop atmosphere, work, and employees were fantastic. None of them had a chip on their shoulder about being a tattoo artist and were completely professional and other than my normal go to guy, this is my favorite shop that I have ever found. A guy across the room was getting a FANTASTIC squid on his leg and the three of us got small matching ones and all of the work was exactly what you would want to see walking out of a shop.. I plan on going back up north again in October and this time there is no talking me out of getting a flying toaster... read more

6 years ago i had NatalieOlivia added to my arm in a tribal band design. Abigail arrived last summer and needed to add her name to my current tattoo while making the piece look like it was done all at one time. Doug at Paradise took on the challenge. My first of two three hour sessions took place on 4.10.12 and the result was amazing. The next is on 5.31.12. The staff are extremely talented and very busy. I recommend you stop in with an idea and some flexibility with in your time frame. read more

The best tattoo shop in the area. I've been getting ink for over 10 years now, and Paradise is the shop I recommend to anyone who asks. The work speaks for itself. With two full sleeves, I'm like a walking advertisement! The guys there are great, and the talent is incredible. Vinn, the owner, has done all of my work so far, but I'm ready to get some work from Rich and Doug soon! I love the laid back atmosphere; it's the way a tattoo shop should be. read more

Doug is the man!!! He created an incredible custom tattoo for me. I wish I could walk around naked to show everyone. It took a month to get an appointment, but the customer service and artistic expertise are well worth waiting for. Doug is a visionary and Paradise Tattoo in Milford is the best. I'm looking forward to getting another tattoo. read more

Great shop. Very talented artists. They really care about their work and making you happy. Good environment. No arrogance or deuchey vibes. Have had work done from vin and Paul. Everyone who works there is great though. Highly recommend. The yelp reviews referring to their customer service have points about failure to get a response but to be honest yeah they're not good with email but just pick up the phone and call. And as far as taking forever to get an apt, all mine have been made within a few weeks, which is completely standard for any quality tattoo shop. read more
