I called the office, no answer, left a message. Called again later to ask for an explanation, no answer again, left another message. Now, days later, no one has contacted me about what happened. I'd already paid for the service, too (Groupon). Luckily, I got that refunded and another appointment set up with a different company. Pathetic customer service and not reputable.

I feel like I just got ripped off! I just sat inside my car and got a good look at it after Mike…read moreleft and I'm not happy with the results. The main thing I wanted to do was get the smoke smell out and clean the interior. I chose not to get the $125 ozone treatment after Mike got here because once he shampooed the carpets, I didn't smell the smoke as much. However, he was supposed to still clean down the inside of the car and none of that was done at all!! The carpets were clean but under the seat the carpet and metal thing is still filthy! The inside (interior) of my windows and the rear view mirror are dirty and was not cleaned at all. The cracks of the corners of the front seats on the floors is still dirty, The inside of the doors still have trash in it and have not been wiped down( I've got pics). I'm not sure what I spent $200 for today but if it was just to vacuum and shampoo the front and back floors and inside the trunk, then I totally got ripped off today! I decided not to get the ozone once Mike got here because once he shampoo the car, I couldn't smell the smoke as much. But $200 for a vacuum and shampoo that still left trash and dirt behind inside the car to me is unacceptable. We had agreed on interior being cleaned as well as shampooing the carpet. Yesterday, we had agreed on $275 with the Ozone treatment, but once I didn't feel like I needed it after the shampoo, he still tried to charge me $302. We settled on $200 but what I got today wasn't worth $50!! And I gave him a $40 tip. I couldn't get in the car after he finished because he told me the 9 minute ozone treatment he started (I stopped it because I didn't need it) shouldn't be breathed in, even though it was such a short sound of time, so I couldn't get a good look at the details - only the carpet where you put your feet. Last, I was told one price before today and once he finished, an even higher price, even though he didn't even do but 10 minutes of the ozone before I stopped it. I'm not satisfied at all! Once I got into the car, I tried to call and talk to him about it, but it went to voicemail. I am still stunned that I spent $240 on this service. He really should try to make this right because this is totally unfair! He finally called me back, of course, he said he didn't get my message today (but he got it yesterday). He was very argumentative and was not concerned about my experience only the fact that I posted this review. And on top of all of that, something very suspicious happened: I paid him cash $200 for the service and a $40 tip and he refused to give me a receipt on-site for the cash payment or refused to correct the incorrect invoice he sent to my email. I still haven't received it and he left almost 5 hours ago. I don't trust this company no matter what the other reviews say because my experience was totally a wrong and Mike Rock is completely unprofessional.

Josh came out to detail our vehicle today and the experience was great from beginning to end. A…read morefriend of mine had recommended him to local friends on FB, and I reached out to him via PM to receive prompt, courteous and thorough responses from Josh. We setup an appointment about a week in advance, and he showed up on time with no issues. We got the showroom detail package (the car was in desperate need of major TLC), which took Josh about 4 hours to complete solo (on a two door, 4-seat, hard-top convertible). He brought his own water supply (in case we didn't have a spigot), his own generator (to not use our electric), and all his own cleaning tools and supplies. I pointed out to him that someone had spilled a drink in the rear cup holder and I haven't ever been able to get it completely clean after that, but he got it so the cover doesn't stick quite as much anymore, and closes much more easily now. Paying Josh was easy too...he takes cash or plastic, which I wasn't expecting from a small business like this. The convenience of having someone come to your house to do a full detail is immense. Dropping your car off at the other auto detailing centers means driving two cars out there, dropping one off, then driving the second one back to pick up the first...and it takes two people and lots of time wasted! This couldn't have been easier :) Josh was very pleasant, provided answers to any of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and did a fantastic job cleaning our vehicle. Kudos to Josh for a great first impression!

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND…read more My husband picked up our truck last night. After spending $500 on a detail and specifying I wanted EVERYTHING done both interior and exterior (including having the entire truck buffed to remove scratches) they didn't wash out the bed of my truck; so it's still dirty .... I now have to wash it, which in return will make the exterior dirty when the water and dirt runs out ; and then ill have to re-clean the exterior again; that i just paid to have done. When i called to inquire, the answer I got was "we don't clean inside the beds of trucks bc we don't want all that in our parking lot". While I understand that, they need to specify this. I had mentioned 3 TIMES I want the ENTIRE truck spotless because I'm selling it. If there are certain things they don't clean it needs to be mentioned, posted, written, something .... Especially after I was charged an additional $40 because there was a little bit of dog hair in the back seat. After my husband got the truck home I took a look inside. They didn't wipe down the door panels, they didn't wash the floor mats, there is buffing compound all inside the door Jams of every door, and the center console wasn't wiped down inside or outside ... What did I pay $500 for? I do not reccomend this place and I will not be using them again.

Im not local to this area and went off of yelp to find an auto tinting shop. Reviews were mostly on…read moredetailing but I decided to take a chance. Bottom line they will not give you a refund. The only thing that gives this a two star instead of 1 is Auto Salon's willingness to try and get your tint right. However I've been back here 4 times and I still had to settle for less than what I was hoping for. I understand nothing is perfect, but none of my friends tints have this level of dust and air bubbles at this price. I bought my first brand new car and decided to do something good for it by protecting the interior from the sun. I ended up with more and more scuffs, scratches, and damages everytime I came back. Id like to give the benefit of the doubt, but my car had less than 2000 miles and was flawless. You can call me nitpicky, but Im far from a perfectionist. I made sure my car was good when I bought it. I don't expect to spend more on top of what I paid to get damage fixed. Auto Salon will redo their job per their warranty. But its hard to make that call at this point. At the very least I wish they offered me a refund even if partial. I do not feel that I got my moneys worth and Im pretty disappointed in the small damages to my car. I wanted to make it work, but I cannot recommend this shop for a tint job.
