I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I understand the competitiveness of these shops but truly this place is not trustworthy of anyones time or money. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I am glad I went to Christian Brothers instead, driving from Round Rock is worth it for a reputable company.

But this was fluid service, (the nasty stuff) trans fluid flush and fill, brake fluid flush, rear differential drain and fill, + my AC wasn't cooling as well. I did my homework and gathered about 5 estimates for this service from local shops and Toyota dealerships. Prices were coming in anywhere from $1000 - $1500. I stopped in at Christian Brothers in Leander on Sonny Drive and spoke to Brandon. He text me a written quote, which came out about half of what the other shops were asking. They also give a "Veterans/First responders" discount. Their work was professional, and they communicated with me all the time. They sent a video of a free service inspection of my truck, pointing out any areas of concern. I think I've found my back up mechanic for anything I can't do or just don't want to. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

I bring up that brake issue because it eventually became a pattern of dropping the ball, and repeated issues 1. My car had to be towed because basic logic well known issue for GMC/Chevy 6.2 liter V8 engines have a lifter issue which requires engine replacement. The car wasn't in bad shape as you say. Cadillac dealership said I should have it towed due to the knocking sound. My car has always been kept immaculate. Yes you quoted a fair price, it was Lambs in Lakeway that was ridiculous and most people know they are. The engine took long because they sent the wrong engine and in regards to my finances it wasn't I couldn't pay . I was at the mercy of you and I was nothing but polite every single interaction with you. Your dropped the ball so many times and you actually asked me for advance payment at one point because you needed to pay your taxes . I didn't want to pay you UPFRONT Frank. You fix then pay, that's most every way it's done . You didn't have the money to cover costs which is a concern regarding running a business. I had also just spent money on another car repair and boat repairs . The car sat as I decided what I wanted to do. As far as stating you could have charged me storage you never once mentioned that and I have every phone call that proves that. Pretty shady of you to pull that out on your reply here. Again not on single time did you ever mention storage fees. So please don't act as if it was some favor you did. The car went in for an engine replacement. As you confirmed the day you put the engine in to test drive you call me telling me I need steering column replacement. Yes I have you on recording Frank stating that indeed the lift and big tires were the culprit. The steering was completely fine and it had not been driven once per you as we waited for the engine issue and replacement to be resolved. You now understand why I recorded you. You can't remember what you told me. I didn't struggle to pay you. I had a boat in repair and another car a Range Rover in repair. I communicated to you very professionally. By the way let's remember you had me pay up front on everything. It was the engine that was ordered that was delayed. 2. Regarding the transmission line. Let the public see this post. I pick up my car from Frank and I make it about a quarter to half a mile or so down road and what becomes the problem is the transmission line. Frank I have that call to you recorded as well and your claim that I accelerated or false and blew the line is total BS. It had nothing to do with big tires. I'm saving all my facts, statements from GM certified techs , and video of your guy coming over to "fix" it. Within a day or 2 it went out again and I made you tow it for free. It was your guy that you sent and had him do what he did and sent me on my way and that all was fine only to have it sent back to you. By the way on our recorded call you tried to lead me to believe with certainty it was one thing when in fact you were wrong and called me with another reason. Again grateful I recorded both those conversations. The reputable mechanics I discussed were my brothers out of Houston. My brother owns a professional garage and luxury and collector car biz for 22 years. The other reputable people was a connection I had out of A Cadillac dealer in Dallas. I mentioned this to you and so logically my car stayed locally with you. 3. The whole issue about you spending 200 for the detail I will just say to anyone reading this look at the pics of my Escalade left in his care. Never should have happened Frank. By the way I took a time stamp video of my car before it went back to you. I didn't spill the oil. That's a regular engine oil. Why would I need engine oil to leave in my backseat after you just repaired and did an engine replacement. Again shady of you to blame that on me. And by the way I had to waste 3 hours of my work day sitting there waiting on a detail. Completely unprofessional. 4. I asked you you fix my windshield wiper motor while you had it. You never did. I kept asking you very time you had the car and I have your texts alone that show you forgot several times. same thing Frank regarding the transmission thermostat. I asked you several times, you came out to fix my running board and forgot to get the transmission thermostat and windshield motor. Again pretty crazy you fixed my transmission yet our texts show you dropping the ball on the thermostat. I have lost count on the amount of texts I have that show you never show up on time.
