Eagle was aware that it should have arrived, and the shop owner took the initiative to call me to check on the status before closing shop. Thankfully Eagle has a key drop, so the tow arriving after hours was fine. They must have looked my car over immediately the next day, because diagnostics were done quickly and I got a call early that morning. They kept me in the loop about the repair, explained what they were doing and why, answered the phone consistently to answer follow up questions I had, and went even more into detail about the repair when I arrived and asked additional questions about the mechanics of it. Just like a doctor who answers your questions, a mechanic who does the same helps put you at ease. It wasn't cheap (& what transmission work is?), but it was incredibly fast and I had my car back and repaired the same day diagnostics were run. Plus, the parts & labor came with a 1-year/12,000 mile warranty.

They diagnosed the issue as a bad DPF sensor along with finding a couple other items that would eventually cause us some issues if not addressed. Unfortunately, we only had the truck and the thought of being stranded at the shop all day waiting for my truck to be fixed was not good. Luckily, they had a loaner car that they offered to us. That was a life saver as we were about 20 miles from the shop. Needless to say, they were able to get my truck fixed in a couple of hours and were able to send us on our way. They were busy but were able to get me into the shop a week later. Well, it took all of 15 minutes to determine that I didn't need any of the recommended repairs. All Tune took the time to show me the parts in question and treated me respectfully. They also looked up my service schedule and let me know when I would really need to perform maintenance.
