He actually told me it was an issue with my entire front windshield not being placed properly when being manufactured, and that due to the leaking because of this, the entire fabric below all of my interior and seats was probably drenched and that it was going to be a multi-thousand dollar fix as they would need to take out all of my interior and install new carpeting. I decided to go to the dealership and get a second opinion. They realized within 10 minutes it was indeed a leak in my sun roof (which remember, the mobile tech did not EVEN LOOK FOR.) it was an extremely quick fix and there was nothing wrong with my front windshield at all. (?????????????) I was told by management they would be reaching out to me after the winter break to discuss this and of course they never did. I absolutely should have gotten refunded the $140 or however the heck much it was for that mobile diagnosis. They also made a huge misdiagnosis with my husband's car previously, and I decided to give them another chance after that (but obviously should not have). The mechanics they hire are CLEARLY not qualified.

They are very honest about what is or is not needed (spoiler: something your other mechanic told you might not be necessary yet or needed at all). Example: my other place told me that I needed to get rotors replaced (over $1000). This place told me that (1) I could wait until my next oil change in 6000 miles, (2) that they have a machine to resurface rotors instead of replacing them entirely, (3) that it would only cost me about one-third what the other place quoted. They are highly knowledgeable and they are also really good at finding deals. I referred a friend here who needed a part replacing and they called up different car yards to find the part to save her money (of course you can always get the more expensive versions of things too if you want). My friend just really appreciated that they were trying to help her save money. So yeah five out of five. I drive an hour out of my way just to come to these guys here.

There were a number of other issues too on a truck that was advertised as ready to go, so hard pass on that one. As I waited in the office I noted each client was treated very well. Even the old Papaw that came in a little confused as to why his truck had a warning light on, was gracefully told that he just needed an oil change which they quickly worked in. Very pleased with the service and results here....the truck I wanted needed another 5-6k in work in the near future, I would have been in a real bind if I had bought it. That small inspection fee saved me making a major and expensive mistake!

Their front door says it all with their triple B business rating and ASE certified mechanics. They also do a multi point inspection to make sure everything else is functioning. One thing that was pointed out, which I already knew about, was the fact that I had a torn CV boot that needed to be replaced. Since the CV joint had lost all the grease, it was also best to replace the whole axle which doesn't add that much to the price since most of this is labor. As a result, I made an appt and came back a few days after the oil change and had that repaired. I was pleased to see on the invoice that I am a gold VIP member which means I received an additional discount. I also appreciate the 36 month/36,000 mile warranty which dealerships often do not have. As someone who owns four cars, they'll be seeing me again at some point.
