Francisco and his team diagnosed the problem and provided a thorough report to me that I could understand describing the issues and the recommended parts and procedures that were needed. I gave my approval, and they actually provide the courtesy to pick up the car at your home and then deliver it back to you at no additional fee! They called me to let me know how the repair job was going and provided the estimated time of completion. The also provide inspection services to pass the emission tests for your car registration. It was perfect timing as my car had failed a recent inspection. They diagnosed the emission sensor that was needed and had my car reinspected and provided the documentation I needed to get my new sticker. Other mechanics I had tried could not figure out what was needed.!!! So, my car was delivered to my home with the repairs completed and the inspection passed document to get my new tag. I will now continue to use PAI Automotive for all of my vehicle repair and maintenance and highly recommend them.

With most alignments, there is a print out provided to show you how far your car was out of alignment. Not this auto repair shop. The customer rep lied to me three times about my car being test driver. I noticed my car leaving the facility after I made a loud statement about my car in front of other customers. You all will not receive any bus8ness from me or anyone I know that lives in the Taylor area. At 8:30 Am I arrived; at 10:37 i received a bill but my car was not test driven. I watch the car leave at 11:02 and returned at 11:09
