I've gotten my last four pairs of glasses from them, and I couldn't be more grateful for their support with adjustments and any warranty issues along the way. Most recently, I picked out a great new pair of glasses -- only to have them mysteriously disappear within a week, most likely thanks to my one- and three-year-old little ones. Olivia at Beyond Vision didn't hesitate for a second. She reached out to the rep and replaced my glasses under warranty with zero questions asked. That level of service is truly top-notch. I'm beyond thankful -- and beyond impressed. They've earned a lifelong customer. Thank you, Beyond Vision!

BEWARE OF EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTIONS WRITTEN BY TARGET OPTICAL (Encinitas)…read moreAfter having prescription glasses made based on a prescription written by Target Optical, I immediately felt eye strain. I arranged an eye exam with another optometrist who wrote a much different prescription and even let me compare the two prescriptions in temporary glasses. The second prescription was clearly the correct one. I now have a $500 pair of glasses that I can't use and Target Optical has refused to reimburse for the cost of glasses with the incorrect prescription. I recommend finding a more competent optometrist.

Within just a few weeks of using their lenses, I began experiencing intense migraines and constant eye fatigue -- symptoms I had never experienced before. The moment I stopped wearing the glasses, the problems vanished. When I contacted the clinic to report this, their response was dismissive: "Our lenses have no issues." Instead of showing any concern or accountability, they told me to pay for an eye exam to "check my prescription" -- which makes absolutely no sense, since these were non-prescription preventive lenses. The problem isn't my eyes. The problem is what they sold me. It's not just disappointing -- it's infuriating. They deflect blame, offer no support, and immediately try to charge more money instead of solving the issue. This isn't healthcare -- it's a sales machine hiding behind a medical license. Their priority isn't patient well-being, it's profit. They are a perfect example of what's gone wrong in today's medical field: the patient is no longer a person -- just a revenue stream. Avoid this place. Seriously.
