While they…read moreunder-bid the job and I paid a bit more, the workers worked hard all day in the intense summer heat. 4 years later I opted to use them again to trim some trees, get rid of ivy, weed and cut down some invasive shrubbery. I was given a reasonable bid (by the new owner, the grandson of the original owner who had retired) on a Monday in July 2017, which I accepted in writing with work to begin and be completed (a 2-hour job at most) on Thursday morning. No one showed on Thursday and it took 2 texts later that evening to get a reply and was told by the owner that he would be at my home the next morning at 9AM. At 10AM I received a text apologizing for not showing citing some problem on his end. The owner then gave me his "word" that he would arrive at my house at 9AM, Saturday. Once again no one showed at that agreed upon time, but at 5PM, I saw a text sent at 3:19PM saying that he could arrive right away if I wanted. While I texted back that that would work, my text was sent approximately 105 minutes after receiving the text and thusly didn't expect this new surprising development to work out. It didn't, nor did I receive any response, not to mention an apology for now having thrice failed to show at an agreed upon time (9AM on Thursday, Friday or Saturday). There has been no communication since. In short, my experience with this company in July 2017, was a reasonable bid followed by 3 consecutive no-shows to begin or complete what was a relatively short and easy job. I would recommend that one try this company with caution.

The tree was very close to the house, which had me concerned initially, but they did an excellent job of safely removing it. They also cleaned up all the debris very well afterward. They also arrived and were done during the scheduled window, which was great. Based on all of the other great reviews they have on Yelp, it looks they are consistent in their work. After the first winter most of the pavers has shifted and weeds begin growing in between the stones which made it even worst. This means he didn't dig down far enough and only put 2" of gravel and sand. I regret not being home to over seeing the job but I was at work myself. If I would've known that the end result looks like this I would just done it myself. Now this project will cost me more time and money to fix.

This is an area with few trees, as it's a new subdivision. They literally just blow everything as though they're in a trance. Mind you, this is not pleasant in our house. It smells so awful outside, you can't even breathe outside without getting nauseated. How they think this is valuable landscaping is beyond me. Additionally, they blow debris from the neighbors yard and street onto ours. If this is their version of cleaning/landscaping, I'd be shocked if they liked their own antics on the receiving end. Do the workers of this company think that people don't live next door, as they blow their blower full blast in a side yard that is 20 feet from a neighbor's kitchen? These workers think that just because they have hearing protection in, that my kids should have ear plugs in our own house? Again, what shocks me is just how long they run their blowers for. (It's usually a team of 2). Normally, people use them as a finishing tool, but this company just runs them as a primary tool and accomplishes nearly nothing in the process. (Sorry, blowing leaves onto a neighbors property isn't accomplishing anything). One star for creating a menacing environment on our street for over an hour each time with what could be done much quicker and with less impact. There are alternatives out there that won't make you be a rude neighbor (by hiring this company)
