By the time I realized they were there working they had removed all the grass in my front yard and most of my backyard. They left me with nothing but dirt. They did lay down mulch and trimmed the trees. I was shocked. And needless to say incredibly dissatisfied. He had no explanation other than that was clean up, I thought they would be mowing and raking. Not only have I spent over 1000.00 having top soil brought in and new seed planted but there are weeds growing through the mulch.

We weren't happy we the ongoing service and decided to switch to a weekly service. TJ's crew has been out twice and already done more than the company we used all summer. Things I love: The crew uses lawnmowers with sharp blades so the grass gets cut, not torn/damaged/broken. They rake the bark dust in the flower beds each week, which leaves the yard looking super! They pay immediate attention to overgrown shrubs, weeks, and blackberry vines, instead of just letting them continue to grow. They blow off the debris from our back deck leaving that looking good too. Seriously, these guys are 10 times better than the number 1 rated landscape service company on Yelp. You will likely regret not using these guys sooner.

Now that she has located to Salem, we are in dire straits trying to find someone as competent and experienced. There are four community flower beds that our foundation maintains in Portland. Two are small, with the other two beds being 80 feet long. Brittany has monthly pruned, removed, and replaced shrubs, perennials, and planted spring bulbs. Fall clean-up was seamless because of her willingness to extend her hours to complete the amount of pruning, leaf gathering and hauling of debris that was needed. Her knowledge, and professionalism has made our foundation's project successful.

He never showed ..... and he is the owner. Don't waste your time and especially your money. Individuals like Dan need to be taught a lesson that customers service and respect matter. Reconstruction involves dealing with many trees that have been mishandled in the past. She does not haul away debris unless there is a specific request to do so and that comes with an additional charge.
