The project manager and crew worked hard, did excellent work, and were communicative whenever I had questions or specific requests. We think that this wall will last a long time, and we've already received quite a few compliments from people in the neighborhood. The one area of improvement I would suggest: there were a couple times between when they first scoped out the project until it actually started (about a month) when there were delays in communication and I wasn't sure what was happening, if my email was received, etc. It wasn't a huge deal and they made up for it in spades, but just something to note.

The workers did a great job cleaning up after each day's work. We love the custom water feature and fire pit. There were some delays on the project due to issues with material delivery. There were some issues with being upsold on several items, communication issues between sales and project management, and Big Sky's need for immediate payment the moment a bill was delivered. Overall, we are very happy with the results.

Here's a summary of the work his team performed. Excavated, removed, and replaced broken drainage line in the yard. Relocated large boulders from backyard to front yard planting area. Removed shrubs, concrete parking pad, and extra material from the site including old veggie beds, grassy areas being converted to mulch, and weeds. Installed 2 gravel paths, gravel sitting area, 2 retaining walls, vegetable beds, irrigation lines, gravel RV parking area, gravel parking spot, 2 gravel storage areas, 2 drain lines under the gravel, additional river rock border around my grass, rock ring with boulder edge around tree, and planting strips along the driveway. Planted new, and relocated and planted numerous plants including bulbs, grasses, ferns, and shrubs. The bid was highly competitive and excellent value. I strongly recommend David and his team.
