I could not be happier. In terms of cost, time and quality Advanced Landscape and Irrigation Services is far superior to any landscaper I have ever used in Tualatin and Salem. The quote was reasonable. The project only took 2 weeks to kill the old lawn and weeds and 2 days to remove the old lawn and lay down a one. The new lawn is thriving. Mark does a great job, I would highly recommend him! I had a part of the backyard that looked terrible and my grass was also suffering. I asked for him to take out the grass in a couple spots and to fix my remaining lawn and he had the great idea of using decomposed granite on the patio part as I was on a budget and suggested a good layout for the area. He also suggested a few minor changes in the yard to make things easier on me and more low maintenance such as removing the grass against the fence line and in odd spots which I went with. Due to some miscommunication with the City of Tigard, we needed a backflow test on relatively short notice. This company's website says they do backflow testing. I called, left a message explaining that i needed backflow testing, their website says they do it, could someone please call me back to see if we can schedule something soon, because i'm on a deadline. They never called back. Granted, i only waited 48 hours, but as i mentioned above, i only have a few days to get this done. If they're too booked up or whatever to do a small quick job for a new customer, they least they could have done is called back and told me to look elsewhere. read more

We had tried to keep up our yard by ourselves for about a year, but it got to the point where we needed a professional to bring it back to its former glory. I sent Advanced Landscape Services a message through their site and the owner got back to me within a few hours. After a consult, where Mark was frank yet hopeful about what needed to be done, I knew he was the right person for the job. We hired him for a yard clean up and monthly maintenance. The cost was very reasonable based on other bids I got. After our first clean up I came home and was almost in shock. Mark is a miracle worker! Short story is absolutely hire Mark is you need anything done in terms of lawn and/or landscape. I emailed him saying I need my rental property, which was let's just say not in great shape. I also emailed several other companies. He responded by email within an hour, he did the work two days later on a Sunday, and everything was completed extremely well. Lenny came out to do our outdoor lights along the front path. He was very good about explaining our options and helping us find the right fixtures. The instal took about 5 hours, and looked great when finished. He even gave me the bulb boxes so I'd know what to get if one burns out, and a easy tutorial on the control box.
