I cannot comment on the quality of the work, but I can confirm that the communication is horrible. This extreme delay and silence are a major red flag for how this business operates. I have since noted that this communication pattern is a recurring issue mentioned in other Yelp reviews. From the first meeting, I told them I was looking for a contemporary/modern style. I provided the designer with a multi-page PDF of inspiration images and links to examples of landscape designers I liked (that don't live here). Long story short, they couldn't deliver a contemporary/modern landscape design. But, instead of owning that at the beginning of the process, they let me know after two disappointing design rounds and a $700 deposit down the drain that they "believe that your desired design aesthetic is outside the scope of our expertise". They had all the information to make that determination early-on but took on the project anyway. The only saving grace and reason they aren't getting one star is Theresa. She's a hoot and I loved talking to her. I think she did her best and made every effort to save the project when she saw it wasn't working. Now, I've had to start over at square one 6 months later--when I hoped I would have had my landscaping installed and ready to enjoy by fall. Super disappointing experience that could have been completely avoided from the get-go.

We were getting some pretty heavy winds and I was concerned about the rest of it coming down on my shop however the tree was Way to tall and close to my shop, pool and Gazebo that I couldn't do it myself. I called Dan and he came right out the next morning and looked at the situation. He could see my concern and said he would reschedule what he had planned for the day and go get his High lift truck and take care of it for me today. Augustin was very personable and very thorough in his review of our needs. Other local landscapers either were too busy to give us a quote (Set up an appointment then didn't show) or provided a quote so high it was obvious they didn't want the job. Augustin and his team were very polite, performed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Now we are ready to replant where they removed some very large bushes/plants. We are going to need to redo our lawn soon with sod and Augustin and Four ASeasons will be our FIRST call...and quite probably our last.
