He even graciously hauled off some leftover lumber from a deck repair (by someone else) that had been left behind. He and his crew were polite, professional and punctual. They are truly service-oriented from the moment you reach out to them, and it starts with Dan. He's friendly, responsive and provides detailed estimates immediately for whatever work is needed. We have a 5-zone sprinkler system with a combination of drip lines and sprinklers in the front and backyard. It's a funky arrangement that needed a serious upgrade. His crew (Marvin and Jose) are miracle workers! They are real problem solvers who managed to reroute some existing sprinkler lines, fix several hidden leaks and provide more water coverage in several zones. Marvin and Jose are a joy to watch. They really enjoy their work and it shows. Marvin will even sing while he's putting in new drip lines or tying off others, and nothing seems to faze him. Both men are polite, courteous and appreciative of drinks and snacks while they work. They say "Thank you, so much" every time. After spending the entire day at our home, we tested the system and everything worked well, but there were a few dry spots I noticed the next day. Dan came by today to collect payment and I showed him the areas where water wasn't quite reaching and he said, "No problem." Marvin and Jose will come back to make a few adjustments -- at no extra charge. Best of all, the new parts they install are guaranteed for 5 years instead of one. Who does that? He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and gave me a great price for the work. Several days later he and one of his employees came back and did the job. I can honestly say that my yard has never looked this good in the 30 plus years I have lived here. The edging was sharp and they created a lovely rounded shape around my lacy leaf maples. My camellia bushes are now down to a size where I can actually reach the flowers! All evidence of debris was cleaned up and taken with them . An excellent company with great communication, prompt service, and great prices! I am recommending them to family and friends and will be having them come back in the fall.

(A fence exactly like our neighbor's) Because of the beauty he created, we continued having him level our whole yard which was simply mud and very uneven. He moved an old shed to a more desirable place (this was an amazing feat) and as a favor and without cost to us, he put in an artificial turf area for our dogs.
