We use CB Landscaping for monthly landscape maintenance along with individual design projects. Their monthly maintenance work isn't completely consistent with the exact date of service but they do always show up and do the work. Our property manager, who works with many different vendors is impressed by their consistency of work. If we want specific clean ups built into our regular maintenance, we just send a text with photos to detail where we want them to focus and that seems to work pretty well. We used them to clean up an area of our property, level the ground and put bark chips down for a play area, along with fix a pathway. The work was done on time and looked wonderful! Our kids are now able to enjoy an area of our yard that was completely unusable before. We recommend CB Landscaping! read more

Within an hour, Cirino had responded to my inquiry and came by that afternoon to give us a quote. Pricing was great and we agreed to move forward. We expected to have to wait a couple weeks to move forward, but to our surprise, him and his team had it done that same weekend - with the job completed in one day! Cirino and his team did a major cleanup at my Mother's house in SE Portland (front yard and backyard, trimming overgrown bushes and tree branches, removing old junk, pressure washing the driveway) and they did an absolutely tremendous job. They took a totally overgrown property and made it look terrific in two days, all for a very fair and reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them again to do further improvements and other work in the future. Cirino was a great guy to work with and very responsive and attentive to my elderly Mom. After struggling to find a responsive professional to check out our sprinkler system and questions regarding valves, I came across CB Landscaping on Yelp. I put a request for contact in and within an hour I received a response from Cirino asking for available times available to look at the system. I gave him a few time slots over a 3 day period and he called that evening at 6:30pm and was willing to come out that evening. I'm retired from self employed service and it is the same way I ran my company for 26 years..."take care of the customer as soon as possible and treat them fairly". Citing and his partner are on time and hard working. The price is fair and clear. They arrived at our place with the tree we wanted but too short. He went to a nursery in Forest Grove to check out a taller tree and carry it to our place on the same day and finished the work as he planned. Oh, and he also found out that our watering system is broken and fix it for us before he left for the day. Highly recommend CB landscaping. read more
