Once I brought my package to the counter , a lady randomly showed up from the side as the counter was empty and she was not in there to start with . I asked her if I could pay to print a label and she looks at me like I'm crazy and says no . I asked her if they have any tape to help me seal the box and she frowns and says she doesn't know . She then proceeded to refer me to an office store across the street that was closed ‍ I did myself a favor and changed part of town . I won't be returning to Michael's for any UPS needs for sure . I called Heartfelt to see if they had any paper heart cut outs or die cuts, and the woman I spoke with say I could purchase paper and cut out the hearts with their die cuts machine myself! When I got there and she realized how many I needed, she offered to have her team cut them out for me see i needed 100. She was already doing it for another customer and did it for me too! They were ready within an hour. The store itself is super cute. Lots of arts and crafts and scrapbooking supplies, and a bunch of tables to the right when you walk in. Three women were scrapbooking together on the tables! Love this place, great customer service and can't wait to come back.

Dear Bead Fairy Team, I'm reaching out regarding a recent purchase I made at your store on May 22, 2025, where I was accidentally overcharged for one of the items. Specifically, I was charged $30.05 for a single tube of size 6/8/11/15 seed beads, which was clearly marked in-store as $3.75. I've attached the following items for your review: * A photo of the receipt showing the $30.05 charge * A photo of the bead tube with the $3.75 price tag * A photo of all items purchased, confirming no other item aligns with the $30.05 charge It seems this was a simple cashier error.
