The rolls, at first glance, resemble the standard versions you might find at HEB, Kroger, or similar grocery stores. However, what these very thoughtful chefs have done is elevate the dish with a distinctive dipping sauce and the addition of fresh basil, which transforms the rolls into something vibrant and unexpectedly complex. The flavors truly open up in a way that feels intentional and refined. But the real highlight was the crab noodle soup. It made my entire day.
