There are many of those in their shop too LOL so it's astounding that they can remember all that. The vibe of their shop was always so peaceful so I loved visiting. Enjoyed watching the workers stringing together the jewelry. The quality of their stones is consistently beautiful! I haven't been to their new location on Elizabeth Street yet but would love to. I visited their Canal Street location many times. It was a bit small but I didn't mind it. I visited their Flushing location once. This location was more spacious. Would love to go back to either one soon. I received 2 aura readings back-to-back years at Canal Street and I found it amazingly accurate. I highly recommend it especially if you are a spiritual, crystal, aura enthusiast.

I normally don't write reviews. I wish I can give 0 star to Magic Jewelry. I bought a crystals…read morebracelet from them for $300 something dollars last year. Hoping to help with my career (find a job). Which DID NOT do anything! The red sting gets loose & dirty so easily. I need to pay $8 to change the sting, which I think it's fine ( if it helps). I got it changed before I went out of town. I didn't know there is a crack on the big black crystal (hundred some dollars one)- see attached. One day the string ripped on the cracked area and I lost few of the crystals. I was very sad. I tried to put them back but not enough crystals and can't put big one back due to one side cracked. My mom found a crystal bracelet which she bought me 20 years ago in Chinatown (same store in Chinatown NYC), and she put in a silver box nicely (my mom gave me the silver has a their logo "芳" on it pls see attach. This is my proof that we did got the bracelet from them in Chinatown NYC). I cut the old bracelet apart and put old and new crystal together to make one bracelet (I used all new crystals, only added few old pieces). I went to them today to get them clean. they said one of the crystal is not being to them, they cannot clean them for me. The lady was keep touching my bracelet and big black crystal. I confronted them, we did bought it from them 20 years ago. They keep saying no, so I don't want to argue anymore bc I lost my paper(proof). I asked them what do u want me to do, buying more crystals. They didn't say anything. They gave me bad attitude. When you spend $$$$ with them they are nicer with you. They suppose let us to do after service cleaning for the buyer. Now they make up excuses not to. Their stuffs are expensive. I spent $300+, abt $400 and didn't do anything. I'm very disappointed and mad. I was thinking to bring my friends there to buy crystals but now No MORE!!!! Not recommend this place for crystals!!!! Their crystals break so easliy bc I heard one of the customer complaint too while I was there (BUT I already bought mine that time).

Then I went online to do some more research and compare prices and felt like I had no idea what to do. I spent some time with the owner at this local jeweller and within a short amount of time I was ready to put a down payment for a ring. He really takes time to explain everything that goes down to making a ring as well as makinh the entire experience fun overall! Update: I have came back multiple times for fine tuning and cleaning and Mr. Rim is always ecstatic and happy to help. I recommended this place to my brother and it's officially our go to spot for jewelry. Thank you Mr. Rim!!!

My watch of nearly 15 years stopped running. I am those people that buys quality and then repairs…read morewhen needed. My usual go-to place down the block (near McDonald's on 82nd) is temporarily closed and so I came here. The man behind the counter is definitely brusque; I am inferring he is Sammy the Owner. He first told me it would take 15 minutes to replace the battery and so I waited. A few minutes later, he came back and said he needed to have his "watchman" take a look at it. So I put down a non-refundable deposit and left. That was Monday. By the following Monday, I had not heard back and I was nervous because I would be departing NY. So I called and the same man (I recognized his voice) told me someone would be getting back to me. Within an hour or two, a woman phoned me and said I would need to come down and put a $20 deposit toward getting the watch fixed. She quoted me $100 for final cost. I ended up zelle-ing her the $20. She also told me the watch would be ready by Thursday. The woman was very nice. On Wednesday, the woman called and said my watch was ready. I went in to the store and paid the remaining balance--80 dollars. All in all, the whole cost-of-repair was $115. My watch works fine. I am not sure if this was a reasonable price and time for repair. It's crazy how the watch hardly breaks down in Bakersfield, CA, where the cost is significantly lower. Always in NY, sigh ...

patient owner. great staff. nicely organized store. great gems. Definitely would shop here again.read more
