I had four rings sized, two of the rings broke! One missing as sizing was done wrong. The second one, the ring broke in half where he cut to size. He then told me he wasn't responsible. I wouldn't buy a thing here as the staff look unwelcoming and give off a bad vibe. The jeweler is dishonest, he claimed the rings weren't fixed there but he repaired it free anyway, who's lying? I've lived here all my life and I will ban dishonest businesses. He ruined my diamond ring, he should have fixed that too. What a diabolical place@!!! read more

Do you know how you go somewhere to get a little something done like a watch repair, and you walk into a very empty store and everybody stares at you like why are you walking into our business. That's sort of the feeling that I got coming here. I'm not going to say that it's not a good store they did a fantastic job on what I needed done but I can't say that I felt welcome. Went here to get my engagement ring done due to the size being a little too big. I went there on a Saturday afternoon and requested the resizing balls be installed in my ring so that it would fit better. They gave me the option to either come back in the later afternoon or on Monday to come pick up my ring. I choice to come back on Monday, not only did they call me when it was ready but they also did a fantastic job on my ring. They also cleaned it which they didn't have to do. I definitely recommend this jewelry store for repairs. I trusted them enough to repair my ring and they did a great job. I will definitely be returning for more business. read more

The best!!! Super honest!!! My husband bought my engagement ring here and when I got it resized I feel in love with their selection of jewlary. They import styles from Greece so you find things that you won't find in other shops. They don't pressure you to buy anything or give attitude if you look and don't buy anything. I think it's family owned and run, which I love. I've ordered a custom made name plate and bracelet... beautiful!!!! I really like the place! Even though it is not really convinient location for me ( I have jewelry stores locatetd closer to the place where I live), I always go there to repair some jewelry, or fix the watch, or do some memorable engraving on the gift, or change the batteries. Whatever I need, I always find it there. I like the place itself, I like the owners, I like the fee they charge, their service is never overpriced. For all the times I come there , which is more than 5 years already, I was never dissapointed. Hope it will stays the same way. I already been here twice for repair/resize on the jewelry I already own and I have to say, they do an amazing job. Yes, DEPENDING on what you have done, it can be pricey, but for a good reason. People have to understand that not all jobs are easy. My watch had to get special screws after they all randomly fell out. The man who does the repairs took time to show me the different screws and why it couldn't just have any screw (also, its an expensive watch, so I was willing to wait and pay). When I got the watch back, he could have charged me more because he had mentioned that it could be higher than what he originally quoted me before we found out about the special screws - but he didn't. Then I came here to get my necklace readjusted. The price he gave me was a little expensive but he explained why it wasn't a easy job and it made sense about the chain links being very small he had to make sure it was perfect and it was! I'm always very satisfied and super happy with their work. It could be cheap if they do a shitty ass job BUT they don't. I would highly recommend this place for jewelry adjustment and repairs because the "short sales pitch guy" knows what he's talking about and definitely knows what he is doing. read more

*edit* *also SUPER convenient how you claim to have loyal customers doing business with you 20 years, but not one Yelp review except mine, and none of these "loyal customers" coming to your defense* convenient how you failed to mention the man told me the tight wedding band would give me heart problems (not the other issues that you mentioned here in your response) which is 100% false, tight wedding bands have NEVER caused heart problems. also super convenient how you failed to mention the man told me how it was "necessary" to rhodium plate my ring due to the discoloration that would occur during the heating process, which does NOT occur in PLAT stamped rings that aren't mixed with cobalt, but platinum and iridium like mine. I only wanted the exterior of my ring polished, and said so, but was told "IT MUST BE PLATED!" which is also false. oh, by the way, I looked on the inside of my ring the other day after I wrote my original review and realized the original wedding engraving and date inside aren't there anymore. you said above that the items you produce "are of quality not rubbish". so what do you call it when a man comes in to have his wedding band sized, is given false health advise about tight rings causing heart problems, then given back a ring where the rhodium playing wears off in about 3 months, then realizes the engraving on the inside of his ring is gone??? what do you call that?
