SCI was initially hired for interior work which went fine and we were satisfied with their work…read more We then hired SCI to work on exterior, painting, replace fasci and trim work, porch entrance cover and roof (including plywood). Unfortunately, the paint SCI picked was not a good match and entire exterior had to be painted. The work on roof was very disappointing, we found several places where nails damaged our ceilings (master bedroom, garage plus couple other areas). Instead of painting the entire ceiling where sheetrock work was required and texturing only a portion of the ceiling was painted - that was unprofessional. I requested mgmt to come back and look over couple areas where work was done and all I heard was "original work by others was shoddy and I attempted to repair their work which I did for free free". I paid for their work. SCwork was better than other contractors, however, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
