She ultimately helped me achieve my goals. I also saw Dr. Victoria postpartum. She helped me safely rebuild my strength so I could work toward my goal of getting back to running. Throughout this entire journey, she was always super positive and extremely encouraging. I also did both prenatal and postpartum pilates with Mika. She is wonderful as well! She is very knowledgeable and attentive. She has played a huge role in helping me regain my strength after having a baby. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Victoria, Mika and the Ironhorse Physical Therapy & Pilates team. I highly recommend them and encourage all women who are pre and postpartum to seek pelvic floor physical therapy from this team.

Things I'd been neglecting for years without realizing how much they mattered for trail running. The exercises are simple, efficient, and easy to fit into a busy week, and I can genuinely feel the difference on technical terrain. My legs and knees feel more stable, and my body holds up better on long runs. Just as important, the staff are encouraging and clearly understand endurance athletes. They get that the goal isn't just to heal but to keep doing what you love for years to come. I'm now training for my next 50K with a lot more confidence. Highly recommended for any runner, especially those of us over 40 who want to stay strong and injury-free.

"My" (although I've heard she sees other patients, too!) physical therapist, Julie, is the first therapist that seems to "get" that a PT program is useless if it overloads the patient such that they just won't practice it at home between appointments. She's the first therapist who I feel has heard ME and structured the number of reps and duration of the exercises to what I'M capable of following through with on a regular basis rather than taking a page out of some book and assigning "what they say is appropriate for my condition." So even when I "flake" and don't do my exercises for up to a few days in a row (yes, I admit I'm far from perfect), I always know that when I decide to go back to them, it won't be torture and I WILL be able to do them--and so I always end up getting back "into the groove" (which has not been the case at my other PT places up here, where I would just get discouraged and give up). The ladies at the front desk are all very bright, friendly and kind. When I get their VM, I can text them, or they call me back within a reasonable length of time. I'm (obviously) very pleased with SRVPT, and I highly recommend them.

I have been wanting to write this review for VibrantCare Rehab. Well really for Eric the physical…read moretherapist there. This is my second time there. The first time was for lumbar radiculopathy (back pain shooting into my leg). This time it was for adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Now I am an active person who works out at least 3 times a week doing HIIT, treadmill and weight training. 1 week after playing golf, I started to have pain in my shoulder and decreased range of motion. I couldn't lift my arm, scratch my mid back, reach back for my seatbelt , or sleep on that side without PAIN. Either the pain stopped me from doing things or I was weaker as well. I saw my orthopedist doctor who said I could get an injection into my shoulder followed by physical therapy but it could take up to A YEAR to get back to "normal". I decided to forgo the injection, not only due to side effects but my extreme fear of needles (!) and went to physical therapy. Vibrant Rehab is in the same shopping center as Shboom nightclub and the new restaurant Venue. It is upstairs. Very clean. In regards to COVID, they sanitize the equipment after each patient use. Masks are worn. The front desk even has a canister for clean and dirty pens. Evan who is at the front desk is very friendly and easy to talk with. You won't forget about your appointment because of his reminders. Now Eric is the reason that I go there. Let me tell you. After my very first session with Eric, I was able to sleep on my left side that night - something that I couldn't do due to pain for the last 6 - 8 weeks. Yes there are range of motion and strengthening exercises that all therapists teach you to do in house and at home. But it is the shoulder manipulation that Eric does that makes a BIG difference. This is where therapist knowledge, skill and expertise is key. It is not comfortable, but combined with consistently doing my home exercises, I saw improvement each week both in reduction of pain and improved range of motion. I'm not where I want to be but I feel like I'm heading in the right direction and am hopeful now that it's not going to take a year to get back to my normal! After 4 week of PT, objectively my range of motion improved and subjectively so did my pain. I still can't do a lot but I can do more than I use to! Now let me say, you have to do the exercises consistently at home to get maximum benefit. I just got back from vacation and did not do my exercises for 2 weeks and I notice a difference. I wish I can just go and have Eric do some extra manipulations on my shoulder!! I have a feeling this won't be the last time I use Vibrant Rehab or Eric as I tend to be more injury prone as I get older. (But I'm not going to let that stop me from staying active!!) Make an appointment with Eric. You won't be disappointed and you will be happy you did!

I've been working primarily with James throughout my rehab, and also had the opportunity to work with Carlena during a few of my sessions. Both have been excellent and truly helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence in my wrist -- I've seen major progress in getting back to my normal activities, especially with sports and fitness. Each session is thoughtfully structured: starting with a warm-up using the warm wax to loosen up the wrist and hand, followed by manual therapy to improve flexibility, and finishing with targeted exercises and mobility work to strengthen and stabilize the joint. While I still have some mild stiffness (as expected with nerve recovery), I feel much better equipped thanks to everything I've learned from James and Carlena. They've taken the time to educate me throughout the process so I can continue to progress on my own even after "graduating" from PT. Beyond the therapy itself, the environment at VibrantCare is welcoming and encouraging -- I always felt supported, motivated, and well cared for. Both James and Carlena are true professionals and great people to work with, and I won't hesitate to return if I ever need therapy again in the future. Highly recommend!

If you frequent this gym and have a lot of free time to waste visiting their tiny office to do in person scheduling and follow-up, this is your ideal facility. I have undergone multiple surgeries in an attempt to resolve this issue. I have consulted pain specialists at Stanford, UCSF, and Kaiser, and have also tried physical therapy, multiple nerve blocks, acupuncture for over a year, and even ultrasound-guided Botox injections in my abdomen. Following a final surgery, which unfortunately did not alleviate the problem, it was determined that further surgical intervention was no longer an option. My last surgeon, who is highly skilled, informed me that surgical options are exhausted and recommended that I consider structural therapy. I found Cris and Medicine Evolution online and decided that a consultation might be helpful. Cris spent a considerable amount of time consulting with me, asking questions, and truly listening to my story. I decided to make an appointment. After my first session, I committed to three months of weekly sessions. Cris's holistic approach involved assessing my entire body and how I move, combined with hands-on therapy and, for once, exercises that were easy for me to remember and implement. For the past eleven years, I literally had to hold my stomach when I walked. Now, I am able to walk for over an hour without holding my stomach. I had never been able to walk for more than ten minutes without experiencing intense pain. Although I am not completely healed, Cris has given me hope that I can gradually improve. As a long-time runner, I am hopeful that I will eventually be able to run again. Cris is truly a one-of-a-kind practitioner. He thinks outside the box and integrates the brain with the body. He's amazing! I highly recommend him. He is a deep thinker who listens carefully and develops individualized plans for his clients. I truly believe that he is on the cutting edge of working with the mind and the body together. Thank you, Cris!

I've worked with many people over the years, PTs, bodyworkers and strength trainers. No one was able to assess the issues in my body and help like Chris. Chris's bodywork was not only amazing, but his coaching and education about bodies and my body mechanics have really helped me adjust how I walk and move. I continue to bring this awareness to my daily life, which is why I think my knees are continuing to do so well even after our sessions ended. Chris is friendly, smart, funny, observant, caring and committed to his work and his patients. I highly recommend!
