The sales staff who helped me with selecting frames were friendly and professional, and I had a positive experience with them. I am also very satisfied with my new glasses. When I returned to have my glasses adjusted, the experience was disappointing. The assistant manager who helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him. When I asked for an additional adjustment, he made a comment about my nose and said the glasses couldn't go up any further, which came across as rude and unnecessary. His tone was harsh, unfriendly, and not professional. He even questioned where I got the glasses from and whether they were new. I value good customer service, and my first visit showed that this place is capable of it. Unfortunately, the way I was treated during my eyeglass adjustment with the assistant manager left me uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

Many stores come and go over time, which makes it difficult to find what's needed and for enjoyment. The anchor stores hold a shine to this day except for JCPenney and Sears which closed, bringing some less traffic. New stores have opened recently involving a lot of entertainment activities for kids and young adults, such as the Space Adventure Mini Golf course featuring arcades. With more openings happening, I see the Galleria still being a busy mall in the next several years or so, but the vibe has changed so much compared to the mid-late 20th century.

After a year of waiting excitedly for my new eye exam, me and my hubby finally got to try someone new and because of the place and the practice, it truly made a difference. From making the appointment to checking out, the girls at the front are just so caring, personable and knowledgeable and most importantly patient and happy to help you. Everything was pretty clean and I was impressed at all the different things included in my exam like a lid ultrasound, photo of my eyeball and so many things I hadn't ever done in a regular routine exam. I didn't leave with any glasses this time but they had some sweet frames that stole my heart. Perhaps next time!
