I live 30 minutes away and don't have my own vehicle so need to wait for someone to be home to take me up to the building. fix it. read more

Waited 2 hours for my appointment and there weren't enought seats for everyone in the waiting area as many others were here waiting for a very long time as well. read more

my mother ordered and paid for her contacts months ago, they constantly say they're not in yet after saying they'd take roughly 2 weeks. When trying to contact them regarding my own order for my glasses, I'm sitting on hold for 10mins before I finally hang up and try again in which I'm still on hold. Absolutely shitty place and so unprofessional! I've never had issues with them in the past, but after today, I will not be going back. There was a mixup with our appointments. When I made the appointment for both myself and my sister. We were told 2pm And 2:20 for our appointments. I was assured to show up at 2 and we would be taken one right after another. Turns out, they had actually scheduled our appointments for 1:40 and 2 pm. So when we arrived shortly before 2, I was told only one of us could be seen. Now, I have wasted my entire day. We both took the day off of work, and purposely scheduled these appointments together because we live 45 minutes away. So after wasting our day, wasting a day off from work for not only both of us, but also the person driving us had to take a day from work as well. All because they changed the appointment or told me the wrong time. I know for a fact it was not a mistake on my end because I confirmed before hanging up that we were both to arrive at 2 and I immediately wrote it in my calendar as 2pm while on the phone. Now even the time mixup would have been forgiven, had they been contacting the correct number the entire time. When I spoke on the phone. I asked them to stop using the number they had for my sister. I gave them the correct updated number and asked them to change it. But they never did. Had I known that they never changed the number like they were supposed to, we would have been able to figure out that the appointment times were not what they were supposed to be, and therefore wouldn't have wasted my time and day of from work. Since they didn't change the number when I asked. This also means that they have been giving appointment times etc to what could be a complete stranger. On top of all of this, while my sister was being seen, the employees were trash talking how a mother had taken so long picking out her glasses and her child was crying in the lobby. For the employees to be trash talking one of their customers/patients is extremely unprofessional and disgusting all because she had a child with her. I'm surprised this type of behavior is allowed and thanks to the unprofessional behavior and patient treatment. I'm now unable to get my prescription updated and new glasses because today was my only day to make that happen. read more

Worst experience for glasses ever. Stopped in for safety glasses for work. (My employer has an agreement with VisionWorst) 2 weeks later, I check my order via telephone. No order found. I stop into the store and ask. Apparently it was a billing issue. 10 more days go by. I go online to check my order. Again, no order found. I then receive a phone call the next day, telling me I need to come back AGAIN because they didnt take measurements. So I will have to make a THIRD trip to the store, over a period of FOUR weeks. Before the glasses even get ordered. Never ever again will I conduct business with VisionWorst. I will purchase the glasses elsewhere and have my employer reimburse me. read more

I have never had a bad experience here! They are able to schedule you quickly, see you quickly, and give you exactly what you need. The staff is extremely friendly, and the office and exam rooms are clean. They have a great selection of glasses and excellent prices! read more

This is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced, especially during this difficult time. I have VERY bad vision...can't even drive without my glasses. I just got a new pair 2 months ago but they fell off my face into a gorge over the weekend and when I called visionworks to ask about my warranty, the woman who answered the phone was the rudest, most unhelpful "professional" I have ever experienced. First of all, when I told her of my predicament, not only did she cut me off but she had the audacity to sigh very audibly into the phone as if I was lying about what had happened! She said "you didn't use insurance with us, so youre not covered, ok?" She offered no alternatives, left me feeling not only disappointed in her as a human being but extremely angry that even though we are all going through this together, some people are still so self absorbed that they are unable to offer a fellow human being the common courtesy we all deserve. Especially for someone who is being paid to do just that!! Visionworks better step up their hiring game or maybe require their employees to take a course in, I dont know...CUSTOMER SERVICE perhaps!
