We gad an appointment at 4:20pm and the desk attendant was not very helpful when we had insurance questions. I felt rushed and unheard. I know it was close to closing time but it was obvious that she was in a hurry to get out from behind the desk and ignore the customers in the waiting area. After the exam it was obvious that we wouldn't get our glasses the same day. We asked for a copy of the exam so we could go elsewhere to purchase glasses, and we were given an eye roll with our copy. We left feeling like we were ignored and a pain for scheduling a later in the day appointment.

I planned to come back in the morning to make my final decision and purchase because the store was closing, but the two women working (Melissa and Kayla) were so kind and offered to stay and check me out even though they already closed their register. Melissa also helped me pick out the perfect pair. They were made and ready to pick up in the morning! I had never used this store before and was not used to same day pick up for glasses. I am very impressed and will be going here from now on for all glasses needs! There's quite a large selection in the store and I love that any frames can be made into sun glasses as well. They seem to have coupons and deals running pretty regularly on the website so make sure to check that before buying!

I do find the prices to be a bit more than some of the other places I check out, but they also do their best to squeeze every benefit out of my insurance as possible, so I take that as balancing out. There is nothing that really sets this shop apart for me, but it's perfectly fine to meet my needs.

Everyone was nice and worked well as a team. I tried some different contacts as I have a touch of astigmatism, but I didn't like how they felt so we stuck with my usual (I can see a little better out of the other ones, but I can feel them in my eyes). I ordered my contacts. When I had trouble redeeming my Acuvue rewards from home, I called and the problem solved for me easily. I didn't buy eyeglasses this year but I will next year and I'll update my review regarding selection (that is if my new health insurance is accepted here which starts in 2025 lol stay tuned ...)

I have had eye issues since I was in fifth grade so that means countless visits to eye doctors. This by far was the most extensive and best experience I have had. Dr. Mary Vadas and Dr. Megan Hart are excellent doctors. My young son is a patient of dr vadas and I of dr hart. The time and explanation given to my young son who was extremely nervous for his first eye exam was amazing. My son walked away excited his glasses were ordered and looked forward to picking them up. Dr Hart is just as amazing. I can be a challenge making the choice between option one and two but she was very patient with me. When explaining the options with glasses and with my contacts I definitely know she listened to me and helped me find the best choices. I would highly recommend this practice. It's off a main highway so it's easy to get to and worth the drive if you don't live locally.
