    I had the hard task of repairing a house and getting it on the market in a short time. My previous tenants let their dogs completely destroy the carpet in my home. Empire Today 100% answered my needs. They quickly responded to my call, evaluated my home, and installed new carpet in less than 1 week.

    Hey!! They FINALLY refunded the remaining $275 they promised to give me over 3 months ago!! This was partially for the cleaning company I had to hire after they inexplicably left my balcony door WIDE open while cutting flooring & my AC was running. The other part was for the painter I had to bring in to finish their product & repair the chipped paint on the walls. They tried to argue about paying the 2 $25 cancellation fees for the cleaning company (because Empire No Showed)& I had to send the same detailed emails to someone different almost every 3-4 weeks to get movement on this. Absolutely a terrible experience from start to finish. I considered bumping them up to 2 stars, but considering this took nearly 5 months to complete a Flooring project that should've been done in less than 2 weeks I'm going to have to round down. I'll post pics of how great my floors look shortly, but the headache wasn't worth it. PM me if you want my re miserable details lmao ***update*** This experience has not gotten better. They contacted me here asking for me to email them & reference Yelp. Sure, let's get this ball rolling & wrap it up, well at least that's what I was thinking in my head...they scheduled the molding install & did an absolutely ATROCIOUS job!! Like WHOA!! I complained again & they got a skilled professional to come & do it all himself instead of a "team" of incompetent installers. This project looks great, but here I sit at nearly Christmas & they STILL haven't reimbursed me the $275 for having my condo, balcony & balcony door tracks cleaned! Quick side note; molding repair guy was scheduled for Monday, no call no show. Had to reschedule cleaning company. That was the first of 2 reschedulings that led to two $25 cancellation fees. I had been initially told to provide an invoice for the cleaning, but only provide a quote if it's over $300. Well the cleaning company was going to do it for $225, but then there were 2 less than 24 hour notice cancellations & we're at $275. Apparently the person I was originally emailing with over this quit or left the position as I didn't hear back after submitting my invoice for quite some time. Now mind you, I had been told repeatedly to wait 5-10 business days for the credit to go thru. Well now they are disputing paying the cancellation fees!! This entire experience started in late July or early August 2017. I'm about to lodge a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & even go to the local news "Hank on Your Side" from Wavy 10!! I have exercised extreme patience, but I want my $275 back that I had to pay to clean my place due to the negligent behavior of Empires employees.     Wow! What a disappointment. I was so excited about my floors, but the workmanship was terrible. These photos will speak for themselves. They ran out of supplies so my one room job turned into 2. Even with the extra time they left my floors like this. They refused to leave the extra 1/4 round so I could fix it myself. Now I'm running around looking for something to match. They didn't put reducers around my tile. And they won't call me back. Next time I'll do it myself before I would ever allow them to come in my house.

    Empire has not helped to resolve the problem. Most importantly they have not refunded me my $100 deposit. DO NOT USE EMPIRE.

    What a great team! What a great product!…read more I spent a large amount of time looking for flooring before deciding to purchase from Cherry Carpet. Why them? Best Price after looking everywhere! Best Selection after looking everywhere! Knowledgeable and relatable Sales Team. Knew their products and even showed pictures of their own homes, where they had installed some of the products. Wonderful family feel -They were not snobbish or condescending which was experienced at other locations. Great Service! Spent time answering questions, researching and finding solutions to unusual concerns. Great Workmanship. All the contractors used for installations were wonderful and did a great job. Everyone was professional and enjoyable. I spent a reasonable amount completing a renovation of flooring with them throughout my home, and never was I concerned with Cherry Carpet. I had to extend my purchase with them for almost a year, due to delays in renovations and they never expressed concern with the time or the payment. From Halley to Ashley to Lisa and their former Manager, Eric, a GREAT team. I have referred others to them, I will continue to do so. I will definitely return to Cherry Carpet should I need something else. This is a wonderful place for feeling confident that your needs will be met.

    This review is LONG overdue. I got my floors over two years ago and I having been meaning to write…read morethis review ever since. Unsat! For all the military people out there - I first checked out Cherry Flooring after my realtor said an O-6 submariner did research on all the surrounding flooring companies and, after crunching the numbers, picked Cherry Flooring. That was enough of an endorsement for me! If you know, you know. Thank you to the submariner for your service to the flooring customer base! The Cherry Flooring Staff- While the product may ultimately matter most, the Cherry Flooring staff are top-notch. I felt like they were family by the time I was done redoing 90% of the flooring in my house. For background, I had just finished two back-to-back overseas tours, bought my first house, and decided to redo a lot of the house on a tight budget and timeline. What could go wrong? Amanda spent so much time with me as I repeatedly came back "just to look" because I couldn't make a decision! Once I finally selected everything I wanted, the dreaded COVID had other plans and delayed the products I had finally chosen... back to the drawing board. Amanda and the team didn't skip a beat. They found a similar product, negotiated prices for me, and next thing you know the flooring was installed and I was one happy Sailor! The Cherry Flooring Product- Carpet - The carpet I bought has been great. In hind sight, I should have skipped buying white carpet. That said, this carpet is incredible. I spilled a curry tomato sauce on it, didn't notice it for days, and thought for sure it would never come out. I was wrong! It came right up! Luxury Vinyl Flooring - Initially, I wanted hardwood. Forget that! The LVP is the way to go. So easy to clean, looks incredible, and I will never get a different type of flooring again. White Carpet - your days are numbered. The Installation - The installation was so easy, I was at work and the team kept me updated via text and Amanda checked-in on me multiple times. What can I say, I was nervous! The only issue I ran into was with my subfloor. If I could go back and do it again, I would make sure my subfloor was ready for new flooring. I have places where it wasn't even and had objects embedded into it causing bumps. I also would have added a thicker padding under the carpet. Hindsight is 20/20. To wrap up - I highly recommend Cherry Flooring and they will be my first call for all future flooring needs!
