One set of tile edge pieces came in from the manufacturer that didn't match the wall tiles. When we informed Pro Source, they called to get a replacement only to be told that it had been discontinued. They actually persuaded the factory to cut up some of our excess wall tiles to fabricate the pieces! They helped us find really beautiful red oak wood flooring at a competitive price and recommended a high quality (expensive) adhesive and a competent installer that they had good experiences with.
