I was really impressed with NuAge. The technician (whose name escapes me unfortunately but I think…read moreit was Mario) was very friendly and knowledgable. My TV is hung perfectly in my bedroom and all the wires are completely hidden. He even went the extra mile to organize/hide other cables. I had a ball of wires sticking out of my wall left behind from the prior owners of my unit but now I'm left with a single wire peeking out -- it looks really neat and tidy. On top of that, he even helped me get a very old A/V receiver hooked up to my surround sound system, something I'd been struggling to do for years. I will definitely be recommending NuAge to others, and will use them again in the future. Given the pricing and the quality of work, I couldn't be happier.

The networking panel in the master bedroom didn't have anything set up. Jose figured out how to connect my modem (AT&T fiber) to my the wires running into my panel. He recommended a network switch for me to buy a few days earlier on Amazon. He connected all of the wires to the switch. He fixed the outlets to that they exposed 2 cat5e connections (one for data & one originally for phone but repurposed for data). The job was efficient and clean with no hassle. He completed all of the work in 2 hours. I now have 1GB hardwire networking in 5 of my rooms. Additionally, he recommended a great mesh routing system that worked for my house and budget. He told me how I needed to replace my existing Wifi in-place with least disruption to my existing IOT devices. I now get 200-600 mbps over wifi throughout the house with no dead spots nearly 700mbps (up to 1gbps) for any hardwired ethernet connection! I highly recommend Jose for any home networking needs. I've been purchasing from Alarm Grid for years, and recently decided to replace my Honeywell L5200…read moreLYNX Touch panel that was no longer functioning properly. I put it off for months, but when I finally started researching replacement options, Alarm Grid's videos and information were everywhere--YouTube, forums, and Google searches. After learning that my old panel was discontinued, Alarm Grid's resources clearly explained how to upgrade to the Honeywell/Resideo PROA7PLUS ProSeries 7-inch touchscreen panel, along with adding the PROTAKEOVER module to maintain compatibility with my existing Honeywell 5800 Series wireless sensors. I ordered both the panel and module and received them in just five days with free shipping. Installation was straightforward thanks to Alarm Grid's step-by-step YouTube videos. I did initially have trouble configuring my window and door sensors, but after realizing they needed to be set to "Service 2" in the programming, all my 5816 sensors worked perfectly. I also decided to add monitoring with app-based arm/disarm for just $10 per month. Nicholas Fuller activated my system remotely and made the entire process seamless. Huge thanks to Alarm Grid and the entire team for their expertise, professionalism, and top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience!
