Can anyone fix this leak?? I had several estimates, had 4 different companies come and tell me what would fix that leak. The range of remedies was vast and varied in costs. CHARLIE with ON THE SPOT was the first to come take a look. Right away I was impressed with his knowledge, he was very kind, respectful and professional. He came when he said he would, took pictures, & explained everything so that I could understand. He found the problem that the other guys didn't even mention & it made perfect sense. He is honest and that is a gift beyond measure in todays world. My Mother and I felt totally safe with him and he even encouraged us to follow thru with the other estimates I had scheduled. In the end, we hired ON THE SPOT and are so so so glad that we did. They were on time, worked quickly, were very clean and cleaned up any shred of debris from the job. They were mindful of our dogs, keeping the gates closed even when our dogs were inside. AND THE LEAK IS FIXED!!! We just had a massive drenching a few days ago AND IT DID NOT RAIN IN THE KITCHEN!!
