Elder and the guys did an excellent job in covering up the entire house and finished the job in 2 days. My house had no insulation in the walls- to very less in the attic. After the insulation my Heat as well as Cold is retained inside the house. Heat turns on once in a 24 Hr cycle vs multiple times in an hour previously. If you are thinking of in wall insulation, it's totally worth it. The quote was the most competitive and they were very flexible. I am still closing out the multiple holes in the wall, will take time as i prefer to do it myself- I had plans to paint anyway .

Everyone was extremely experienced and the work was completed on my home quickly and efficiently, with everything having protective plastic sheeting all the way from my front door to the work areas. The sales rep that came out to do the initial inspection and to give a quote, was very experienced and answered all my questions. We agreed on a course of action, and I later discovered I needed additional work, and he worked with me on getting that added. The workers arrived even earlier than expected on the day they were working on our house. They clearly had all the appropriate material and machines and equipment to do the job correctly. I feel very good about everything that was done and I would definitely recommend them. Everything was left clean and there was nothing I had to do to clean up behind them. The reason I am not giving five stars (only 4 stars) is because of the paperwork having multiple errors, and they took weeks to get me the pictures of the before and after shots of the work they did. I asked them to correct some errors I found in the paperwork, and even found more errors and had to ask them a second time to correct the invoice for my records. I also questioned whether the correct insulation was put into a certain wall, because the paperwork was incorrect. It took a physical callback from a different person to physically check, and he didn't really seem to understand clearly what the problem was. I showed him pictures of the insulation rating that I took for that wall, and he was about ready to go and purchase the insulation and redo the specific wall I was questioning. But then he just called the installers and they told him they put the correct R-Rating on that wall and then he left. He clearly was not trained well enough, and I still don't know if the correct insulation was put on that wall. All the hassle of the paperwork correction and reinspection of the work was not necessary if they paid attention to details better. But other than the paperwork and questioning a specific wall, the actual work was professionally done and these guys clearly are a good professional organization. Just keep an eye on the paperwork and go over all the lines of work in the contract before you sign it. Don't rush and sign what they give you. Read every line on the contract to look for errors. As far as the value for the service and work, they were right in the price range I was expecting. Don't hesitate to use them.

The service requested was up to my standards with them taking a couple days during each phases and displaying professionalism as they did their work. They were also helpful in providing a couple references for a local plumber and electrician that both knew their stuff and quoted me a fair price for the additional work that had to be done. We've been working with this company since November2023 (below is our interactions), and the problem we originally came in for has not been solved. 11/14/23 - ESTIMATE VISIT occurred :Estimate scheduled with Dan H from "Attic Aid" from Yelp. They came and provided a written estimate as B Green Pro Attic (Estimate 04108 and Estimate 04107). We accepted estimate 04108 and was invoiced and paid $3990 with three year warranty, which states "Service comes with 3 Years Warranty for the crawl space - if you hear or see any rodents returning we will come back." 11/27/23 - CONDUCTED VISIT: Clean, sprayed, traps sets, rodent proofed, and replaced ducts. We were very hopeful as they did do a good job. However, we gave them feedback many times that there was still a rodent in the original place reported upstairs. They came back and checked out traps or crawl space area, but didn't resolve the issue (12/9/23, 3/9/24) or no showed (3/2/24, 3/20/24). When they came on 3/23/24, they finally shared pictures of where there were rodents still making a mess, where the ducts were damaged, and where there was a hole, but never showed up on 4/18/24 or 4/26/24 to fix. They no showed in total 4 times! I made several calls and emails to follow up and they went MIA. We provided grace since they shared there was death in the on 4/26/24 with a promise to get back to us on/after 5/1/24, but they never did. I followed up again on 5/13/24 and 5/23/24. I have heard nothing so I had to start looking at other companies to finish the visit. We have beyond patient, and have held back posting this as we were giving them the benefit of the doubt, but now we have to pay more to have the work be finished. Then they decontaminated it and deodorized it then they used wire steel wool on foam to close up every entry of the roof rats I thought I'd found all entry points, but they found even more in the roof, where the rats had chewed through wood to get into the attic. They also found holes in foundation screens that I somehow missed. They guarantee their work for three years. These folks exceeded my expectations. Matt finally replied on October 14 saying they could coordinate a site visit. I responded on October 14 to propose some days. Unfortunately they never responded, so I replied again on October 18, and again, nothing. I called on October 24 and left a voicemail. It's now November 1, and again, nothing. Based on the other reviews, I'm really surprised by this lack of repsonsiveness. I can even appreciate being busy and not available, but I'd at least expect a response saying sorry, we're not taking new projects at this time.
