I came in and went to the middle of the first floor where the cashiers were to pick up my order. It went smoothly, then I went to the changing room. There was no line for the changing room when I went on a Saturday evening. When I was in the changing room, I noticed the rooms had definitely become more high-tech. There is a tablet where they tell you what bra you have in your changing room as well as a way to notify the staff about any questions or sizes/colors/styles you would like to try on. After a good half hour of trying on 5+ different bras and getting the opinion of two of the great employees, I finally settled on an option that appealed to me. The employees here are awesome because they make you feel comfortable with your concerns and insecurities. I went upstairs to pick out the specific color I wanted. They told me if the color/style/size is not available in-store, they can order it online for me (if available) and ship it to me within 2 business days. I found the bra I wanted and they quickly exchanged the product I ordered online with the product I wanted. Very worth the price since they have great sales all year round. And girl are they knowledgeable and passionate about bras; they know what brands run large, which ones are hand stitched, etc. Their bras are beautiful and come in a range of styles and sizes.
