You just go to their website, process the return, print out the return label and drop it off at FedEx. QUICK AND EASY! Yes, you will likely have to pay for the return shipping. We lucked into free return on one order as a promo and only paid $5 for the bra's we returned on the second order, both returns with full FedEx tracking. When was the last time you shipped even one piece of paper FedEx for only $5?? And the initial shipment to us was free! In the long run, I'd rather have free-to-me shipping every time and pay for occasional returns. Also...their website provided good information about the sizing differences in bra brands coming from different parts of the world and good information about bra sizing...and THANK GOD for a place like BN that offers these options.
