My friends and I have been curious about this place since we were kids, so we finally checked it out. Unlike the sketchy yellow sign on the outside, the inside is well-lit, clean, and organized - not creepy at all. There were a lot of dildos, vibrators, reproductive-organ-themed toys/games, lingerie, and costumes for sale, so it felt more like a Victoria's Secret or Party City. Nothing special really. If I could give this f'n place 0 stars I would!! I wanted to purchase an item that was over $100 (I knew I was being charged double) and was clearly a gift for a female. I saw, read and understood the NO RETURN policy but there was no specification on unopened items. I asked for the over $100 item, acknowledged the NO RETURN policy to the cashier but asked the cashier is it possible to return the item if the gift is not wanted and the box is unopened? With a nasty tone the female manager said no!! I will never go back to this shop because of the nasty attitude of the manager and the NO RETURN policy of items!! Went to this place today (Oct.30th). I wasn't paying attention to the signs saying that no merchandise could be open before purchase... HONEST MISTAKE! A lady comes out of nowhere scolding me about it, So I'm like OK Lady I'll pay for the stockings... She tells the cashier "Full price, charge full price" "I pay for them and start opening the stockings (paid for 2). I've always had positive experiences here and my most recent one, the sales staff went all out to set up a special order for me. I find them respectful, discreet when necessary and open to helping customers find whatever it is they need. They have quite a variety of products and are also lgbtq friendly. While other stores can make you feel judged, and embarrassed, I have never sensed that kind of vibe when in here and because of that and their kind sales staff, they're my go-to shop for intimate matters. Do not put anything anywhere close to your body. Hold it away from you body. They accused me of shoplifting even though I did not do such a thing. I would never do that. They have not called the police or anything. I paid for the merchandise that I did not steal and left. This would also be my first offense. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. read more

The staff is cold and standoffish to the point of being unwelcoming. The selection is limited and cheap and in boxes that you're not allowed to open. If I want to try something to see if I'll like it, I'm not allowed. If I have a penis and not a vagina, there's nothing there for me.
