I went from just flat knitting and purling to hats, sweaters,lace and blankets. My confidence has grown to the point I can handle most projects to completion all by myself. The store has everything you need, great yarn and colors, patterns, and notions. But most of all, the knowledge base that Mitsy and Flo have is outstanding. They are great with classes, color combinations, ideas well, just helping out. This store is more than just a place to buy yarn, it has become my home away from home..I love it there.

I have been to other hobby lobby locations .. first time to this one . Everytime I go to hobby lobby , I see some really good stuff on sale . Today we saw some good deals on home decor and canvas paints. Picked up few home decors . This is similar to home goods but better in some products . I was looking for some products - shadow boxes etc and I was going around . Wish there were clear markers or boards showing the product names (arts and crafts etc) like they have in other shops like Costco . There were also very less persons around to help. We found it atlast .. good products though. Lots of parking outside . Fantastic location. Right on rt 1 .. close to Menlo Park mall etc. good experience overall..

My friend and I drove all the way, arrived at 2:30pm, paid 25 cents per ten minutes to park the car and found the doors locked - returning at 11am tomorrow. Very frustrating.

Lots of my friendships came from this shop, took classes, sit and knit and friendships start with warm friendly wonderful people that go to knit and buy beautiful yarns, and beautiful knitting bags & many supplies. I am so happy that Chelsea Yarn shop is close enough that I can get there in 30 minutes. It's a Happy Place to go. The entire staff is wonderful and very helpful, can't wait for my next trip to Red Bank and visit The best yarn shop in Jersey...

I was on the hunt for something festive and when I saw Oak Hill Farms on Instagram, I couldn't wait…read moreto visit. It was such a fun find! It's a market, shop, cafe all in one. There isn't any place to sit and sip your drinks, but instead of sitting, you can take your latte for a stroll around the shop. This seems like a great place for stocking stuffers and gifts. They have lotions, soaps, candles, holiday decor pieces, ornaments. All things that everyone loves to receive and rarely buys for themselves. If you are in more of a window shopping mood, they have samples of everything. At the cafe counter (also where you can pay) you'll find a small but mighty coffee menu. I got the gingerbread latte and loved every sip. My coworker got the latte with hot honey in it and said it had just the right kick. For a place that doesn't seem to specialize in coffees, they did make two wonderful drinks for us. There was plenty of parking and it looks like they do quite a bit outside (maybe on the weekends?) with the tree lot and farm in the back.

There were plenty of spots on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. When you enter you go through these giant barn doors. The inside is a lot of fall decor with candles, bakeware, kitchen towels, all the cute home stuff that makes your house extra cozy for fall. They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.
