Wrap left on my mirror after they "removed it"

Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost immediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

A++++ This is the place to go to get your whip street ready, whether it's the color shifting PPF or underglow that pops, or if you just need that custom tint or the suspension that drops Natasha and Davey are going to hook it up right. They will treat you like a celebrity walking through the door, but won't charge you like one at the end. The results are top-tier, see for yourself! Definitely recommend! I had reached out via Yelp for a quote and got a pretty quick response. I went in a few weeks later to look at some color swatches for some race stripes. Natasha greeted me and helped me find the PERFECT PINK! As soon as she showed me i was set. I had gone to other places but was always indecisive. I initially wanted a matte black but she explained to me it may not pop as well since my car is already dark. She went outside with me to my vehicle with the swatches in hand to show me the difference which really helped. Pricing was also very good so i booked that day, they were pretty busy as they were having an EV show coming up but she was able to get me in not too far out:) My appointment was completed in one day by Natasha and Davey and it came out absolutely perfect. Got my model Y wrapped by Davey and Natasha. I will always support small mom and pop businesses first. Great marketing showing off all the cars in great looking colored wraps on instagram. Took maybe 3 or so days to get my car back, was breaking necks driving through old town with the loudest EV (color wise). I get constant compliments on the car and its empire to thank. Had a few issues with edges popping off but the team was accommodating with rewrapping as needed. Another plus for a small business is great customer service which they handle greatly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anybody looking for a wrap at a reasonable market rate with a year warranty from them plus a 3 year warranty from the vinyl manufacturer. At Empire Custom Wraps I came in not knowing the exact color that I wanted to wrap my 23 Tesla Model 3. All I had was a picture and an idea. Once Natasha and Davey took a look at the picture, It took off from there. After the car was finished, I absolutely loved the color! It was exactly what I wanted and had shown them in my inspiration picture! Natasha I will say has an amazing set of eyes cause damn, they got it perfect! I highly recommend anyone reading this to have their car wrapped with Empire. I put 5 stars but if I could put more, I definitely would do 10/10 . They don't just offer wraps either. They offer different services like body kit installations & Lighting. They hooked my car up with my body kit install and it looks superb. Natasha has an amazing eye for detail when it comes to the wrap of the cars. They take their time and ensure every single part of the car is perfect before getting it to you. They stand behind their work and that's the biggest thing for me. Quality work is hard to come by and I found it with empire. They are my go to shop for all things tesla. Got my wife's Model X wrapped in Inozetek's Celestial Unicorn. The whole experience from requesting a quote to the day of the pickup was nothing but pleasant. David and Natasha - #DaNa as I call them - are the most hardworking couple I have ever met. The whole job was completed professionally and right on the time that was agreed upon. Empire Custom Wraps.... Don't let the name fool you, these 2, and yes i said 2, only 2 people work this business!!! They do FAR MORE than just wraps... i went to their grand opening which was a huge success and chatted with them about other services they provided and i was shocked to find out they install airbags! So i locked in a future date and i wasn't surprised when they told me they were busy and it would be awhile, as I've observed their instagram (@empirecustomwraps) and watched them bang out car after car after car after car , and again, it's just 2 people doing this!!! But eventually it became my turn and i couldn't be happier that i chose them to install my airbags. Davey (the guy there) is a fucking jack of all trades, dude killed it with this install, everything looks seamless and hidden in my frunk (Tesla) and he gave the perfect amount of slack in the controller cable so i can mount it right where i wanted to. Not only was the job done well but it was pricing of the install couldn't be beat! Most companies charge anywhere from 1200 - 1800 just for installing and he undercut all of those prices, i couldn't say no to the guy. Since then I've already booked another install to get my starlights put in and i can't wait to see the results of that as i already know their work related to starlights because they have done a friend of mine and it looks fucking amazing! If you are in the area, or shit even if your not (i traveled from Anaheim) hit them up, they obviously do wraps, they install airbags, starlights, different steering wheels, accessories, etc etc. read more

I just recently had my car wrapped by Empire Custom Wraps and they did such a great job. Communication was great they are quick on the responses and give honest feedback. They are very educated on how the process works and know exactly what they are doing and can enlighten you as well on what they will and did for your vehicle. Over all results the wrap looks amazing I'm super happy about it and my car looks super clean. I discovered Empire Custom Wrap a couple days ago. I stopped by and talked to David. I was very surprised that he didn't cringe when I asked him if he could put a few gnarly teeth on the front my white Tesla Model3. This morning my wife and I brought our car in to be worked over. David introduced us to Natasha and both went to work measuring, discussing (I hope they weren't discussing how dumb it was to put teeth and a beautiful M3). I explained that I was tired of all the white Teslas running around and I wanted to be a tad different for a short while. I was very impressed how enjoyable to talk to they both where. I felt like I was part of their family and even thought they might invite us for Thanksgiving next year. I was also impressed on how fast they were and great the finished product. Here is something I have never seen before in a business. David LOWERED the price quoted because the job was quicker than expected. I REFUSED the drop in price because an agreement was made and I was going to stick to it. That to me showed the type of guy David is. There was a Model Y sitting on the ground that was almost finished with a full wrap and boy, did I go over it, looking for every flaw that I could find. Nothing, I did not find any flaws. The teeth placed on my car will last until I get bored. Then I will be calling Empire to pull all the teeth and do a full wrap. I was so impressed with their work that I will trust them with my beloved car. By the way, if you do see a white Tesla Model 3 running around with teeth on the front bumper, wave, I am friendly. read more

The black wrap they ordered got scratched so a future appointment was scheduled. On the following appointment when my partner and I had driven over an hour to Temecula on our day off we received a phone call saying they had forgotten it was holiday so my order was not ready and only part of my service could be done. We were already in the area by the time they called so we dropped the car off. I was told that if I changed my mind about the chrome delete they could still do it so I told them that I wanted it done. When they called us to return my partner had noticed some areas where the symmetry was off and the wrap was improperly aligned with the body panels, allowing the original paint color to show through. Ability to tuck the wrap behind edges of body panels is subpar. Cut lines are jagged. The front bumper was peeling and instead of redoing it they applied a patch which is visible up close. Regarding the chrome delete it was not disclosed that it would be an extra $800. Then when we picked up my son he noticed the interior door panel on his side was dented by a tool or stepped on. Which they are denying of course. They offered to drive to me for the white cherry blossoms I originally ordered but at this time I lost interest in doing any business with them. What I was originally excited for turned out to be an inconvenience and disappointment. I was asked why my wrap was poorly done. I do not recommend any services from this company. Knowing businesses and how they will comment to please contact them to resolve any issues, my review remains unless I can get my interior door panel replaced and the entire wrap removed without further damage to my vehicle for the subpar work. Update 5/11: I received a reply to this review and was told to file a dispute for 50% or to get the wrap removed and door panel replaced but no refund. I was told by my bank it was crazy how I was offered to take the wrap off and replace the door panel with no full refund so they are filing for a full refund. My car was perfect and well taken care of before dropping it off. I have taken off car door panels before with care and not one scratch was made. I have no interest in anyone handling my car and risking further damage.

I left that day with a quote and all his contact info. Again, no pressure from him. I left not knowing I would end up getting my car wrapped with him. I went on to get different quotes from different businesses. Most of them made it sound like removing the old wrap was going to be a huge hassle. And you know what, maybe it was, but either way it had to get done. Not long after, I ended up reaching out to Nik again. I cannot stress how freaking kind and accommodating this guy is! That's mainly why I ended up going with him. And because he seems to have a true passion for what he does. And because he was very informative about every thing. And because he seemed as excited to wrap my baby as I was lol. The car turned out AMAZING! I got a color completely different from what I had in mind but my gosh it's beautiful. I've already gotten several compliments out and about. Nik kept me in the loop the whole time he had my car. Even after delivery, I'm still in contact with him. I've taken the car once so he could wash it for the first time and look for anything he felt needed to be gone over again. He told me to contact him again if I need to take the car in to fix any bubbles or anything that might arise the longer the wrap sits. The last wrap place never did this.
