They called the day before to go over everything. They had promised me if I dropped it off at 9 AM, they would have it ready by 5/5:30 PM. I dropped it off at 9:40, and they called me that they were done at 1:35! They did everything for free and even did a multipoint inspection for free. When they found stuff that needed to be taken care of, they were happy for me to pick the car up instead of having it done there. They didn't pressure me or swindle me or try to get money out of me. They just did good work quickly and efficiently! I would go there again in an instant if I needed something!

It just gets sweeter when, my brother who is a hard-core tesla fan buys a lucid. The car is powerful, luxurious and elegant. The car feels heavy by drives amazing. The settings are a Lil crazy and takes used to get maximum efficiency. We gave it a rip turning into a ramp that probably less than 100 meters long....we were able to hit 90mph within a matter of few seconds. The staff is friendly and takes good care of you. He walked us through the process in all good ways and came in with a genuine smile on his day off to deliver the car. So grateful. Ritchie, in finance, was a gem. Gave us copious amounts of information and patiently laid out all the possibilities of protection and coverage without a high level pressure pitch. And the sales manager, Scott was direct and kept the deal moving to assist us getting out the door with a deadline that was a tight turn around. He kept checking in with us during our wait and worked some winning magic on the paperwork end of things. They came to pick it up, drove it 200 miles more than necessary, and failed to provide the maintenance records I've asked for over 15 times. Not only did my car get repaired, but it got a beautiful detailing as well, which brought tears to my eyes. It was as if I just brought it home off the lot new! To my great delight, they did an outstanding job on one of my vehicles that had been in an accident and needed some work. Ever since I have used them for all my vehicle body/paint needs and they have always delivered exceptional results. One thing I have noticed is that they do work on a lot of high end cars like Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc and I have witnessed some of their finished work. I am usually very good at spotting body and paint interventions, but their work has been indistinguishable from new. Faded paint matching, blending, lack of paint defects - the guys at Midway Motors are very good at what they do. Overall, strongly recommend for any body and paint work regardless of if you have a Kia or a Benz.

As I had expected the vehicle I drove that day was not what I wanted, but I sat down with Wilson and he found a vehicle that had everything I was looking for located at the Boston location. He had the vehicle delivered from Boston and 3 days later I came back, drove the other vehicle and we went over all of the lease options. They worked with me and the options provided were considerably better than other lease deals I had seen on equivalent cars from other brands. I have had the vehicle since the beginning of this month and I couldn't be happier with it or the service and support I got from Wilson and BMW of Sudbury. I highly recommend them and will not hesitate to go back when my lease is up and it's time for my next vehicle.

Only to be called back and told the vehicle had been sold to an auction. I'm not upset with Charlie. Bu I am incredibly frustrated with every mother aspect of this dealership. The lack of communication, the lack of respect for a perspective customer. I suppose if I were to find out that this is how this dealership conducts themselves then it's probably best I did so having NOT bought the car.
