There are no kids meals and they offer appetizers that's not on the menu. The meat selections aren't too bad for both types of dinner. They could offer more veggies and (dipping) sauces. The banchons were emptied/low that I didn't pick any. The shaved ice was watery so I didn't have any either. Instead, I opted for the $8 cotton candy machine that was well worth the money. It's huge, airy, and mildly sweet. The server, Weston, was nice, very informative explaining the concept and attentive. We felt very welcoming.

At kbbq???) So glad we did because we found this place instead. We were able to get a customized option for dining that worked for us and our little picky eater. Loved the variety and the meats were flavorful, out quickly, and fresh. Their thai coconut (can't remember name) broth was so good even my son enjoyed it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Overall though the service is what sold us. We eat a lot of kbbq and the service is usually good but our waiter was exceptional. He was attentive, patient and kind. We are so happy we ended up here during our short time in Appleton. If you want kbbq or hotpot in the area, THIS is your spot in my opinion!

They were extremely friendly and accommodating and had no problem getting all of us taken care of. I kept it pretty simple and got a burger and a beer. The burger was really good and everything came out well, especially considering how many of us there were. What really stood out though was the service. One person in our group is extremely picky about how she likes her steak cooked and ended up sending it back three times. Each time they were friendly about it and genuinely seemed more concerned with getting it right for her than being annoyed about having to remake it again. For us to come in with 25 people on such short notice and still have everyone be so friendly and accommodating was really appreciated. They handled our group incredibly well and never made us feel like an inconvenience. Definitely a 5-star experience and somewhere I would come back to.

It was a Trio Diavolo, a trio of protein with squid pasta, and a red sauce. I didn't understand that the proteins were diced bits that were stirred into the red sauce pasta. I actually thought the protein was separate from a side of pasta. It disappointed me because I generally dislike seafood in red sauce, but honestly, that wasn't their fault so I still gave them a high rating. Service was friendly and playful. Pretty efficient and seemed to like their job. It is a beautiful restaurant with a pretty amazing view, even if the water is at very sad low levels. Maybe this is natural, I've never been here before. All of the wildlife/birds really enhanced the experience. Flocks of seagulls (not the band), and surprisingly large number of pelicans were wonderful to watch. You can see the riverfront exterior and distant bridge in my standard and 360° photos. I Came Back to Appleton... Wisconsin Immediately Fed Me…read more There are many ways to kick off an HS Reunion weekend. Apparently, the correct Wisconsin way is cheese curds, a soft pretzel, beer cheese, mustard, and craft beer. One of my host~family sisters and longtime friends brought me to Stone Arch Brewpub shortly after I touched down in Appleton, and this was exactly the kind of welcome~back I needed. Let's talk about those cheese curds. Pillowy. Soft. Tender. Ridiculously good. I don't say this lightly, but these may be some of the best cheese curds I've ever eaten. Then came the pretzel~super buttery and incredibly soft~with Wisconsin beer cheese and mustard for dipping. At that point, the reunion could have ended and I would've considered the trip successful. But we weren't done. We worked our way through an assortment of craft beers spanning Hazy IPAs, West Coast IPAs, Sours and Gose~style beers. The atmosphere was cool, the service was great, and the combination of food, beer and catching up with an old friend made this feel like the perfect beginning to my return to Appleton. Sometimes the best travel experiences aren't about finding the newest or trendiest place. Sometimes it's about sitting down with someone who knows you, sharing some great food and beer, and realizing some things really do feel like coming home. Stone Arch was a damn good way to start the reunion. Would absolutely return.

About half the bar was full and almost all the tables and it was quite loud. You order at the counter to the left of the bar, the menu is on big screens above the counter. I do wish they had a specific line for people who are doing doordash/carry out/etc. I had to wait almost 15 minutes in line when I could see my order just sitting there and it was already paid for. There is a little salsa bar off to the left of the ordering area, if it's not as busy the next time I come in I want to check that out. Service: They found my order quickly since it was the only one getting picked up for carry out. Food: YUM. I ordered the birria burrito. You literally will not need to eat a meal for the rest of the day if you get that or any other burrito. It had loads of flavor and a great blend/balance of ingredients. I will gladly order from here over chipotle and Qdoba any day of the week, supporting local places with great flavors, heck yeah! I really hope this place makes it. In the time that I've lived here I think there has been 3 different restaurants prior to this one and they've all closed. Fingers crossed that they have a great recurring bunch of guests! Check them out!

I'm basing this rating on just my experience...others in my party like their food better than I. Both this and the last time we were there, when you arrive, you check in with the bartender and they give you the menu. Then, once you're ready to order, the server comes out to take your order. A few minutes later, they tell you which table to sit at in the dining room. I really don't like this system. I understand doing this if you're waiting for a table because you're drinking at the bar or a table because they're full. The only time we were offered to order a drink was at the bar...the server never asked. What an easy upsell! I know we could have ordered something, but we all stuck with the water as we had been out touring all day. Has she offered, I would have gotten something. 4/5 of the meals we had came with the salad bar. Which I was really looking forward to. She never directed us up there...we just went. Food was only ok. My tenderloin didn't have a lot of flavor. I couldn't eat all of it because of the fat. The meat used to be better. Other people in our group had haddock, prime rib and a hamburger. They liked theirs. The potato and salad bar were good. When you walk by the kitchen, which is at the end of the salad bar and near the bathroom, it smelled like urine. I don't know if it was one of the older people there or if it was a building issue. I'm done giving them a chance. I live out of state now and I used to look forward to going there. I'm over that, now. I'll drive out of town for a different supper club.
