Alex came out, assessed the space, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me a quote. We set up an installation date shortly after, and he executed the vision exactly how I had imagined it. He was on time for both the initial measurement and the actual installation, which I really appreciated. The work itself was extremely thorough and clean, and you can tell he takes pride in doing things correctly. He was also very responsive and readily available whenever I had questions before the installation. I never had any issues come up afterward, but I felt confident that if I did, he would have been easy to reach and take care of it. The mirrors completely transformed my garage gym and came out exactly the way I wanted. Highly recommend Alex and A&B Solutions. Great communication, attention to detail, and quality work from beginning to end.

From the moment I call them to the moment Gabriel, their tech completed the job, it's been an amazing experience. Firstly, let me give kudos to Roxann, the service representative I talked to. I explained how my silly dog had ran through the screen sliding door, doing a number on it. She was thorough in giving me some options to pick from the replacement types with costs. On the day of the booking, she alerted me again about the tech coming out within the time capsule provided. Gabriel, the on-site technician was professional, and meticulous in doing the work. He replaced the screen in under 20 minutes, cleaned the work area and left. I really appreciate finding them and I write this recommendation without any reservations. Thank you for such a thorough & bespoke experience.

For nearly two months, we welcomed him into our home every week, gave him consistent work, fed him, paid him extra every time, and trusted him with increasingly important projects, including a custom cabinet he was building for us. Then he walked away in the middle of multiple unfinished projects, ignored every call and text, and never offered a single explanation. No clue as to what went wrong. When someone earns your trust, works inside your home for months, and then disappears without the basic decency of one conversation, it changes how you see them entirely. The unfinished work wasn't the biggest disappointment. The complete absence of integrity was.

It was surprisingly difficult to find a company willing to replace glass in historic windows instead of immediately recommending replacement with modern windows. From start to finish, Craig and his team were professional, communicative, and incredibly responsive. They took the time to preserve the character of my home while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. I'll definitely be using Craig Raymond Glass for future projects on my historic windows and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, reliable window glass services.

Craig is local to the Riverside area and was quick to respond. Within a few days he had my window replaced quickly and correctly. Of course the window was not a simple fix. He has good American work ethic and great values. I would highly recommend Craig for any glass work you need around your home. Thanks Craig!

We made an appointment for Monday afternoon at 4:30, he never showed and when I reached out he said he forgot to add it to his calendar. Okay, things happen. We made another appointment for Thursday, again 4:30, i came home about 4:20 to find his business card in my door. I called, he said that he had it down for Thursday afternoon and showed up at, if I understood him correctly, noon and when I wasn't home just left, didn't even call, just left. He said that he could still make it tonight possibly around 5:30, to which I agreed, but I felt it was reasonable to say that if he couldn't make it, I wouldn't try rescheduling again. His response was that he doesn't really work on a strict timeline (paraphrasing) and that he knew my time was valuable so he would pass on the job. My job is a relatively small job, I want to add a dog door to our slider, so I get it the it wasn't worth his time, but then say no at the start, don't give me a rough quote and then schedule an appointment just to miss it. Several people I reached out to have already told me they don't do the work I'm requesting, which is fine. I can't judge the quality of work, but the customer service, at least in my case, wasn't good.
