We explained everything we wanted, which was to remove all weeds, trim 2 trees, plant 1 tree, add drip irrigation to 4 trees, fix sprinkler coverage, level yard. We later asked for large wooden beams to get removed about 8, and to add edging around three of the trees. Roberto confirmed there would be a small fee for these extras but we agreed and were happy to have the work done. Once all the weeds were removed along with some bushes/flowering plants the sq footage for the sod was more than expected, so Roberto only charged us for the extra material and waived the labor fees. We were extremely appreciative of this. Each day Roberto gave a summary of what they did and what they were planning for the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We are so happy with how everything turned out. We went from a wild and bumpy landscape to a beautiful backyard that our baby can run and play on as he gets older. 1000% would recommend.

A couple of the big-name local plumbers had told me it was the regulator, but Green Diamond was quick to diagnose it correctly and found it was only a damaged line, saving us hundreds of dollars. I am very dissatisfied with this company. Initially, I received a prompt response to my inquiry,…read morewhich I appreciated. We agreed on a specific date and time for Nicholas to come to my property to provide an estimate for installing artificial turf in my backyard. Unfortunately, he never showed up. I called and sent a text message, but I never received a response or any explanation. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but a simple phone call or message to communicate a delay or cancellation is a matter of basic professionalism and courtesy. Punctuality, reliability, and communication are qualities I value highly when hiring a contractor. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable hiring this company.
