I have never worked with a more unprofessional company in my life. Their initial response time was…read moregood, thats about the best thing I can say. After that, it was all down hill. I had a water leak in my kitchen, so I knew it was going to be bad. They showed up on the Tuesday after the damage was noticed and put a dehumidifier in the kitchen, then needed to wait until an inspector came to test for asbestos, that is understandable. Afterwards, an appointment was made for them to come back on Friday to remove the flooring. I made arrangements for someone to be there to let them in. About 30 minutes before they were to arrive, I received a phone call from Christopher that they were not coming and would have to reschedule for another day and would call to arrange that date. No call, one worker just showed up very early that Saturday morning. After speaking to Kevin on the phone, I agreed to let the worker in under the condition that in the future I would be notified before someone just showed up. Because it was just one man doing all the moving and pulling up the laminate floor, it took 8 hours and some damage occurred to my belongings. Another appointment was made to have someone come out and remove drywall and cabinets. I asked if I should box things up to prepare and was told no need they would take care of all of that. Well, they put a ding in my stainless steel refrigerator, and threw my cabinets in the garage, without out any regards of preserving them. I also found a dog bed inside the fireplace and damage to a lamp and picture. A few days later I received a text from Christopher that someone was outside and needed to be let in to finish the work. I called home, since I was at work, and my daughter said no one was there. I called Christopher and was told the text was a mistake and someone would be there tomorrow. Not only did this company add more stress to an already stressful situation, they didn't show up to meet with my adjuster as they said they would. I would never recommend them to anyone! Call someone else!

I recently had the opportunity to work with the ServPro team following water damage at our home,…read moreand I couldn't be more pleased with their service and the direction of Juan Linares, Territory Manager, who was excellent in explaining every detail and step by step during the process, and Reba Lawson, Project Manager. From the very beginning, their team was professional, prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They responded quickly, explained each step of the mitigation process, and took great care in protecting our home while minimizing further damage. Their crew, Mike and Matt (Technicians) worked efficiently, kept the work area clean, and treated our property with respect throughout the entire process. As someone who owns and operates a property management company, I work with contractors and restoration companies on a regular basis, and I truly appreciate companies that take pride in their work and deliver excellent customer service. ServPro exceeded my expectations during the initial mitigation phase. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, responsiveness, and outstanding service. I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of water clean-up and restoration services.

Excellent service. Nathan is great -- very good at communicating issues and complications -- there…read morewere never any surprises. I also appreciated that he tried to get us a less expensive but effective option until it became impossible when we discovered we had a sinkhole forming -- in this case, the city was right -- we needed to replace things to meet city codes (and for our own safety!). The solution to my septic plumbing ordeal began when I called Cisneros Bros. in the middle of the night meaning to leave a message, but surprisingly, after several calls (accidentally called several times in my stress) an actual person answered the phone. Nicole (who answered) must have guessed it was urgent even if after hours. The next day, I met Nathan Knapp who walked me through every single step the crew would take. (Thank you crew!). I was helping my parents with this -- their septic tank broke into a foul river of waste in their front yard. Neighbors called the city for help, we were cited to fix things immediately, and almost $18,000 later it has been fixed. I could not pay ANY company this amount without understanding what in fact they were fixing, how, and the different options. Apparently for many decades, we were not meeting city codes (we didn't know until this septic tank disaster). The cheaper options to "fix" the septic mess weren't really an option because the city citation did not allow the cheaper fixes, but also because we truly needed a major fix. Nathan and the crew (Jeff, Victor and Rogelio) were super hardworking at pumping out the tank and Victor luckily spoke Spanish who could better explain things to my dad. It's hard to pay a bill like this, but I recognize the value of it -- it was necessary, and I really don't think it would have been cheaper or done better by others. We passed the city codes with flying colors and we don't have to worry about a sinkhole or wastewater mess. So glad to have have a brand new seepage pit, new outlet lines etc.!
