I contacted Ramirez Landscaping sent them a video of the problem and they offered to come out right away giving me a quote over the phone. Daniel came out identified the problem, dug it up I gave him some assistance and he fixed the issue in about an hour sticking to the original quote. He never shows when he says he will and just sends his crew of 2 to whack your palms with a rusty machete, stand on your rock fountain while doing it, and poke holes into your ground cover while digging up weeds. He quoted U.S. $950 for pine bark wherein we got it done for $400. We needed a replacement valve for one of our sprinklers and he quoted us $100. Turns out all we needed was a sprinkler head. So untrustworthy, unlicensed, unbonded, and unreliable.
