After leaving another message I called every hour that morning. Finally I asked my son to leave work to go get my dog as I was overwhelmed with worry. When he arrived to pick up my dog they were unable to locate all the items I had brought in and were generally disorganized. I can't say that my dog was mistreated but he was certainly stressed. While I was panicking about my dog Tuesday morning I unfortunately found a very sad review on Yelp about West Eugene Kennel. I would recommend finding kennel services elsewhere.
